This third floor condo is conveniently located in a gated complex. The elevator is close-by and the pool is 2 floors down. The beautiful white sand beach is only a 2 minute walk down the community boardwalk. The gourmet kitchen has all the amenities to relax or entertain. This condo includes all of the comforts of home and more, including built in shelving, large closets, floor to ceiling windows in the great room and master bedroom and an updated kitchen.

Enjoy the ocean views from the great room, master bedroom and patio. Grab a book, a cold drink, and relax!

Great location on Anastasia Island!

Great location on Anastasia Island, easy beach access, beach not crowded, ample parking, easy check-in, has a washer and dryer which is helpful for a long stay.

Spring Break trip

My children and I had a great stay and really enjoyed the location of this property. Close to restaurants, the historic district, Marineland and other activities. The beach was really clean and spacious, we can't wait to come back to the area!

Perfect, clean, and quiet location!

We came for our yearly family vacation and loved the condo! Gated, and perfectly located about 5-10 minutes from everything other than the awesome private beach which is a quick walk away. 10/10 would come back again

First Vacation in 3 Years

This property was the perfect vacation for our family of five. The unit is right across from the elevator which is extremely convenient, the boardwalk to the beach is in amazing condition and the beach was absolutely gorgeous. The unit itself was everything promised and was even better than the photos. Our new favorite place to go!

Last min switch

This place was great. We had to book a place to stay day of and this place was available, the property manager responded in minutes and was able to accommodate us right away. Very grateful. We had a wonderful time and the pool was really warm and our daughter went swimming every day even when it was chilly out. The place was clean and we had all the info we need. Highly recommend.

High speed drills M-F 8:30am to 3:30pm Cannot be in your unit between those times. Same goes for the pool area.

Spring Break

This is a great place to stay and we would love to come back. The beach is beautiful and close, the pool was nice to have if the beach was windy. The condo is nice and roomy. The kitchen is beautiful but could use more serving dishes. If you like to cook while you are there, you might want to grab some foil pans while you are at the grocery store . We don't eat out on vacation much. We fish while we are there and like to eat what we catch. It would be helpful to stock this kitchen a little more for future visitors.

This property isn’t family friendly. The elderly people at the pool do not want children around and my child was just walking in gate and we was told they prefer no 3 year old in the area they live there and want residents only at pool. The condo was great location however the mattresses were worn n uncomfortable not the cleanest towels was in dryer when we arrived and had to go out purchase new ones because we was unaware they was in there when should’ve been in closet, kitchen didn’t have basic cooking utensils. I wouldn't rent again mainly because of the permanent residents.

Disappointing ammenities

The walkway to beach was excellent! The location was good. The attention to detail in the unit was lacking. The coffee pot was from the 70s, the TV was on a too small table and the TV was broken. The blinds didn't work. The memory foam mattress was uncomfortable.

We found a cigar wrapping in the master bedroom, as well as lipstick marks on glassware & the silverware had spots on them. The toasters was also dirty, & we were expecting to have a balcony with an ocean view. The cleaning part of the stay was definitely way below our standards.

A nice piece of paradise

We originally booked at Cocoa Beach, but as fate had it our booking was cancelled by the owner. I was fortunate to find this condo at Anastasia at St. Augustine. Communication with Marty was great. He responded to all of my questions within an hour. From the moment we stepped into the condo we knew this was going to be a wonderful experience. The condo was spacious for our family of five and had all the comforts of home. My wife and I enjoyed morning coffee in the patio room as listened to the ocean breeze. Although the condo is not a beach front view, you can still see the beach. Speaking of beach, take the elevator (located just outside your door and not a noise concern at all) and walk about the length of a football field to the ocean. The beach had beautiful sand and plenty of shells and a sandbar type area for the smaller kids to play in water without waves before getting to the open waters. Watch out for jellyfish though! We had two little ones get stung but a benydryl took care of that. We enjoyed dining out at a few of the local seafood places., our favorites was right across the street. I could go on about everything there is around or a short drive away. The condo is fantastic. We made great family memories there and plan to book again next year. Thank you.

A perfect location

The location was perfect and the property was excellent. It was on a great stretch of beach and it was near everything you could need. The pool was nicely shaded and the boardwalk to the beach was brand new. My only issue was the cleaning crew did not do a good job cleaning the place before we arrived. Dishes and utensils had dried food particles still attached. There were food wrappers in the couch cushions and forgotten clothing to under the bed from previous tenants.

Beautiful and spacious.

Beach Getaway

Our stay at this condo was very nice. It felt very safe. The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. Everything looked new, maybe it was remodeled recently. You could see and hear the ocean from the porch. It was easy to get to the beach. You just have to have 3 different codes to get in main gate, your door, and beach code. It would be nice if the gate code and beach code were the same so there were not so many codes to remember. Also if you need a hairdryer, we could not find one, so you may want to take your own. Overall, it was nice and we would stay again if we went to that area.

Home away from home

Condo was VERY clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Beds were comfy. Owner easy to get ahold of and answered promptly. I had hurt my knee prior to my trip so stayed in condo most of the time. Rested well and loved it. My daughter and granddaughters enjoyed their trip very much. Will keep this condo info for future reference, and hope to return soon. You won’t be disappointed staying in this jewel.

Great stay

Was a great place. Nice pool close to the beach. Only thing was there was I dirty face mask under one of the beds and for the master bedroom there is no privacy at all. You can see the bedroom from the living room. Really should have curtains that you can open and close.

Great location

The room was exactly like the online photos. Plenty of room for 3 adults. The elevator by our room was out of service for all of the 5 days of our stay. There wete also other noisy projects going on.
