This stunning top-floor unit (4th floor) is conveniently close to the elevator, making pool and beach access a breeze! The panoramic ocean and beach views from this Colony Reef condo are breathtaking—you can truly "Sea" Forever. Relax as you take in the sparkling ocean, wide sandy beach, pool, hot tub, and spectacular sunrises!

The condo is fully updated and equipped with everything you need for a laid-back vacation, including a beach cart, beach chairs, and brand-new linens and towels for everyone. It features two full-size bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen—plus a "sleeping room" with two twin beds. For little ones, there's a pack n play, as well as children's cups, plates, and utensils.

Enjoy the spacious balcony with comfortable seating and an electric grill. The Colony Reef complex offers two pools (including one heated indoor pool), a workout room, tennis courts, and a children's play area—fun for the whole family!

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

The balcony furniture was so comfy, it made the lovely views even better!We were so happy that there were beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, and sand toys!We liked going back and forth from the hot tub to the pool. Kitchen was nicely stocked, and it was great to have the walk-in showers.

Thaw experience was great overall , clean and neat!Great and convenient location near to supermarkets lees than 6 min to wind Dixie to buy your groceries and get your aventure ready food wise! As cleaning supplies and kitchen was equipped with everything you may need even some condiments.Connectivity is not great WiFi is kind of slow but that is something that we experience in Jacksonville.

Perfect location. View of the ocean and being pool side made this the perfect retreat. The condo was perfect size and had everything we needed. Beds were a little too soft for us but that is just our preference. Definitely would be back.

Beach Vacation

My family has stayed at this property and others nearby since they were built in 1980's. This condo has been renovated very nicely and is very well equiped with everything you need for a great beach vacation.We had grandkids staying at another confo and this is a perfect family getaway location.

Great Getaway

The property was in good shape and was just off the beach. Definitely recommend this for those looking to vacation off the Atlantic. Short drive to downtown St. Augustine and was very suitable for children.

Close to beach and pool.

We liked the easy check in. We were comfortable for the most part. The pool & beach was beautiful with easy access, but the beach chairs were not in the best shape. Also, the wagon and beach items were loaded with sand, from the previous person, that we didn’t want to drag it through the apartment spreading sand around, so we didn’t use anything. This is the first Vrbo I stayed at, in which, I had to empty a dishwasher upon arrival and start laundry before leaving. One important item to us, was, we didn’t find any smoke or carbon monoxide detectors, but there was an expired fire extinguisher dated 2012 in the laundry room. I would recommend updating safety features, washing the bedroom curtains and dusting closet shelves and racks now and then and last, get better bed pillows. Wasn’t a bad place to stay, however, with the price you expect safety at the very least.

Happy New Year!

We wanted a get-away from home for a few days. The Colony Reef provided all for our needs! The pool (NOT heated) and hot tub were steps away. Met several other families also looking to "chill." The air temperature was in the 50s but with a gloomy sky it never warmed up. The balcony of our unit had lounge chairs & a couch for lounging. We had warm blankets and sat listening to the waves rolling on to the shore. for hours. My son used the gym and sauna - both inside and separate from the main pool. He commented on the games. Maybe next time kiddo - Mama just needed to nap . The lull of the crashing waves was so relaxing. While the weather was rarely warm & sunny, it did not prevent us from enjoying the beach front property.The unit we stayed in was perfect. The rooms provided all that was necessary. The kitchen was very clean and the pantry "hid" full laundry which was needed after a few days of wet sand. We cannot wait for a return - (when it is warmer please). There were fireworks on the beach and others a little further away. We saw it all from our balcony. A spectacular viewing spot!Thank you for sharing your Sea Forever beach with us! Fun Stay

The condo and property were great. My family enjoyed the condo and indoor pool (due to unseasonably cool weather when visiting). The property manager was very responsive and quickly answered all our questions. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Ocean Relaxation

A little snafu with getting info for the wrong condo but it was quickly rectified. The condo is exactly as pictured. It has a great view! It was clean, comfortable and ready early. Just some feedback...the beach stuff is on the balcony and is it pretty rusted. Maybe consider storing it inside somewhere. Would have been nice if the pool was at least open until 8 or 9 but closed at dusk which limited time substantially. Overall, great experience!

Great location

We loved staying at this location. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and taking many trips to the ocean and pool. It was perfect for our family to enjoy and close to the things we wanted to do. I Would recommend staying here and hope to return.

Beautiful views, perfect location

Just a fantastic experience from beginning to end. The place was spotless, the views from the patio even better than pictured. Beds are so comfortable. The location is 15 minutes from St. Augustine and that is the farthest you will have to drive to get to literally anything - meals, shopping, parks, etc. You won’t have to do anything to access the beach - it’s literally right there. Parking is a breeze, and the door is literally steps from the elevator. There are carts for hauling in luggage and groceries. It’s just a great place. If I have one piece of constructive criticism it’s that they need more and better beach chairs. Two weren’t usable, and the other two remaining weren’t great. We bought one from Walmart and left it behind (you’re welcome, next guest). But that’s a minor comment. We had a great week!

Condo on beautiful beach

We had nice stay, view of the beach, sunrise and property is great. The place was clean. Excellent communication with management. Everything in the condo worked nicly. I like to make a few suggestions: more comfy pillows would be nice, newer and softer sheets, as well and maybe professional cleaning of master bathroom shower floor. I would stay again here if I visit St. Augustine - loved the place.

Wedding getaway

Propery is bright & clean. Nice ocean view. Could use a few more drinking glasses and the bed pillows are a bit flat but beds were very comfortable.
