Charming brick home 1 mile from Historic Downtown Franklin. We have a newly remodeled home with a living room, large kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 1 with Queen bed, 1 with Full bed (Sleeps 4). Large yard with privacy fence, and covered patio with gas grill. The detached garage in the back is not included in the rental. (No Bachelorette Parties)

Wonderful stay & best hosts!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect place to rest before moving into our home. Cheryl was kind and responsive to our needs. She is best host. We would absolutely stay here again.

Warm & Welcoming Hosts

The hosts are very welcoming and went above and beyond to be responsive during our stay. The house is cozy and the location gives easy access to Franklin, Nashville, and surrounding towns.

Great spot for families

Loved our hosts. They were welcoming and helpful. Big fenced in backyard for the kids to run around in. Had all the amenities we needed for our stay (towels, coffee, etc). Short drive to the downtown area.

A nice little place

My wife and I really enjoyed the two weeks we stayed at Cheri's little place. Besides being as cute as it could be inside, it also has a very nice, completely fenced-in, private backyard with a covered sitting and grille area right outside the back door. We would definitely recommend Cheri's for your stay in Franklin.

Cozy, clean and comfortable

Stayed here while competing at a horse show at Brownland Farm. The house is cute and comfortable and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The hosts are friendly and responsive and an available washer and dryer makes it easy to head home with clean clothes!

Great Stay!

The property owners were next door and helped us after we locked ourselves out. They were very kind and gracious! The house was well kept and very comfortable. We had everything we needed! The location was convenient for all we wanted to do. We would gladly go back to this home!!

Fantastic!

My wife and I stayed at the property with our 2 teenage kids and we had such a great time. We really enjoyed everything about the house. The backyard was a huge bonus. So nice and open with a great covered patio, table, chairs and grill. It was also really conveniently located to amenities like a grocery store and downtown area. We would HIGHLY recommend the property to anyone looking in that area.

Perfect!

My daughter and I visit the Franklin area frequently and we are so happy to find Cheryl's home! It is an up and coming neighborhood less than 2 miles from downtown Franklin. The home was spotless and had everything you need and more for a comfortable stay. The backyard and patio is awesome! The best part is that Larry and Cheri live next door and are the best hosts! We are looking forward to our next trip to Franklin and hope their home is available!

A little piece of heaven

Love,love,love this VRBO in Franklin! I enjoyed this lovely cottage for over 2 months while my new house was being built. The kitchen is divine for enjoying morning coffee or making a frittata. Afternoon respite with a toddy in the awesome backyard is a must. It is centrally located and you can get anywhere in the area easily. The owners,Cheri and Larry,are next door giving you the red carpet treatment. I have made life long friends during my visit. You will too! I give this enchanting cottage Five stars❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Relaxing Get Away

We wanted to visit Franklin TN area, so after a weekend of two family reunions in IL, we took 4 nights in this welcoming property to just relax, enjoy the area and the dining. The house was very clean, freshly redone in great taste and was very well equipped AND every attention to detail was provided. Larry and Cheri were great hosts, but provided so much in the home as well as information on the area within the property that we did not need to ask for much at all. We especially enjoyed the mornings in the back patio...the back yard is beautiful and the birds "sanctuary" makes for a great start to the day. When back in the area...we will definitely try this place first. One suggestion for visitors to the area would be to consider a day trip to the University of the South located an hour and a half away in Sewanee, TN. Google it. The university sits on 13,000 acres with the campus taking 1000 acres for its beautiful buildings. Visit the Church, the dining haul, the cross with it's amazing view from atop the mountain. This is rated at one of the top 5 campuses in the US for its beauty. A well kept secret. It was our best day. Thanks to the hosts for their making this get away place so special.
