A piece of Stone Harbor’s original charm!

“On the way to Cape May, Stone Harbor’s Skies were blue…” Welcome to our shore house! This 1950’s cozy cottage has been loved in our family for almost 50 years and we are now inviting you to make memories for years to come!

You will be greeted by the welcoming front patio, which has many years of experience with waves and smiles to all those who pass by! First floor includes kitchen, cozy living room with wood burning fireplace and queen sized sleeper sofa, full bath with tub and access to outside shower, 1 bedroom with queen bed, a den/bonus room with access to a large deck and backyard perfect for BBQ, all day lounging and yard games!

The second floor offers 3 additional bedrooms. Large primary bedroom with king bed, sitting area and access to the second floor “lookout” deck which has views from beach to bay! A perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee! There is also hallway access to the deck. Second bedroom with queen bed and third bedroom bunk room with twin over twin bunk as well as single daybed. Full bath with tub and washer/dryer that has access to hall and primary bedroom.

Perfect location being 2 blocks to the beach and 1/2 block to bay. We share our street with the very popular Quincy's Original Lobster Rolls, Clarke’s Sunset Market and Steak Bros! The closest park is 2 blocks away, bird sanctuary close by, and an easy walk/bike ride to both 96th street and the beautiful pointe!

Recent (2021) upgrades include all new flooring and fresh painting throughout, new kitchen appliances, decks refinished, new beds throughout and smart home upgrades, including wifi access, smart lock access, smart TV and thermostat. (2023) New windows throughout and updated 2nd floor deck to Trex.

Kitchen has all the essentials and a large table for everyone to sit!Checkin was easy. Instructions were very simple to follow. Loved the two family room set up to easily allow kids to watch separate shows!

Cozy family vacation home with a lot of history

We had a wonderful, relaxing family vacation in this lovely Stone Harbor home. The location was just what we were looking for in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. The house had everything that we needed. The host, Lauryn was super responsive.

Wonderful shore house

We had a great time staying at this house for our usual trip to Stone Harbor. It was very clean and comfortable for my family, including our 2 grown sons and my parents. Everything was even nicer than we had expected from the listing and the pictures, and Lauryn was easy to reach with any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Location of the house was great. Only a few blocks from town and an even shorter walk to the beach. The house does need some attention but overall we had a great time.

Another great week in Stone Harbor

2nd year at this property. Again, great vacation. This location is close to everything, yet quiet. Really enjoy this place. Works well for mutigenerational group- we have 3 years of age to 64.

Shore Family Reunion

The home was very comfortable with nearly everything needed for our week-long stay. Perfect distance to a beautiful beach and a lovely walk to the center of town (96th st). The huge backyard and proximity to the playground were perfect for the kids and playtime.

Fantastic family spot

We had an amazing time. We have been coming to SH for over twenty years. This was the farthest south we have stayed and really enjoyed it. The place was perfect for our family of 6.

Cool Stone Harbor location

Having stayed in Stone Harbor 30 years give or take, we were looking for the next place to rent on an on going basis. This location is great, the home is older/vintage Stone Harbor (what we were looking for) yet with all amenities. Super comfy, plenty of room, clean, quiet neighborhood, walk to beach and owner supplied beach tags! Will rent again. 3 generations enjoying the beach- doesn't get any better! Highly recommend for those wanting a beach experience that is affordable and laid back.

A great house with a lot of charm!

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. Super convenient location to walk to the beach or into downtown Stone Harbor. Spacious back patio. Very comfortable and cozy. Highly recommend!

Last minute beach trip

The house fit all 9 of us perfectly. Nice distance from the beach and town. We rented bikes which made trips to dinner so much fun. Would definitely recommend it. The property manager was very helpful as I forgot towels and sheets! Overall a very nice week.

Great stay

This was our first time renting in Stone Harbor and it was a great experience. The house has a homey feel with out being too cluttered. It was very neat and clean. I loved that there is a dedicated place to keep your keys. The kitchen has new appliances and there were plenty of pots, pans, dishes, etc. There was enough counter/work space to make meal prep a breeze. I had family staying in other properties in Stone Harbor and their places weren't as well equipped and they had no place for their groceries etc. This property has a freestanding pantry with plenty of room for all our groceries. I also liked that there is a bar trolley where we could keep our wine and liquor. this made staying organized easy. Having the use of the shed was key for us. We brought our own bikes and rode every day. It was great that there was a protected place to store them as they are electric bikes. The owners were very pleasant to work and communicate with and were prompt in responding to any of our questions. We didn't have too many questions, though, because they provided us with comprehensive instructions. We would definitely rent this place again.

Stone Harbor House

The house was clean and a good location for the beach and easy to get to town. The owners had good backyard games and house games . The beach chairs and beach cart were very good as well. There was plenty of kitchen dishes, and cookware. The washer and dryer and tv’s worked well. The house has a nice deck and backyard. Overall the house was excellent for our family. The owners were very helpful when we needed to chat.
