Located bay block on scenic, peaceful, and relaxing Broadkill Beach! This home has so much to offer a family looking to get away from the hustle of life. Two levels of spacious living including a screened in porch and deck to enjoy the days and nights in this undisturbed area. The first level of living is located on the second floor and includes 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 2 half bathrooms and access to the screened in porch. The full bathroom is located in the hallway and the 2 half baths are located in each of the queen bedrooms. The second level of living is located on the third floor. This level includes the main living area, a delightful open concept kitchen, a large dining area and access to the deck. The screened in porch and deck are furnished with plenty of furniture for everyone's enjoyment. The home includes two refrigerators, a gas grill, a hose and spigot to help to keep the sand outside and and a private driveway to park 3 cars. A terrific area for the nature lover, it is not uncommon to see the foxes running through the dunes, truly a bird watchers paradise, and a fisherman's dream.

The owner will accept a pet (only 1 pet allowed) with a $250 non-refundable fee - Dogs Only under 60lbs.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $198.50.

Bedding- 1 Queen, 1 Queen, 1 Double/Single Bunk Bed.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

Great place and location

The property was as advertised. Great location and very clean. The 3rd floor is a perfect hangout location and is separated from the bedrooms which is nice. Had a slight unforeseen issue, but the broker/agent was extremely responsive and helpful.

Lovely Place, All Around

We had a lovely time at the Broadkill Beach Beauty. One of the purposes of our visit was to watch a live music simulcast for a nearby concert. And the place was nicely equipped with some kind of high end, surround sound system that made it ideal in every way.

Finally got to the beach! The house was great, perfect for our family…Short walk to a quiet, barely anyone else in it beach on the bay…Perfect place to see a strawberry full moon this week…some minor issues that were addressed quickly by the property managers…would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a Broadkill getaway!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was nice; good location; dog friendly and well stocked with games, glassware, cookware etc. Nice screened in porch. Water had a distinct unpleasant smell especially in the shower of which there is only one which was a bit of a problem. LOTS of mosquitoes and flies even on the HDMI connection for family room TV.

Family Vacation

The house was great...exceeded our expectations! The neighborhood was quiet. Our granddaughter was stung by a jellyfish the first day and the flies and bugs made it impossible to sit on the beach. Because Rehobeth Beach is so close, we took a day trip there. The outlets, golf, and mini-golf were a short drive as well.

A very nice and clean rental property

We moved to this house, after the one we booked had loud construction next door, and the owner agreed to refund. Overall, the house is beautiful, clean, and has all the amenities you would expect from a beach house. My only commend is that Wi-Fi was not very stellar (we had to restart the router a few times, and sometimes it just stopped working). Granted, we had 3 devices working all at once! Also, the TVs are very old and small. For us, we could not have the TVs running, and Wi-Fi at the same time. The best if it is that we did not end up being glued to TVs! The beach was wonderful - private! to residents of the street only. Please do not hesitate to book this house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time at 15 California: 1 block, 3 minutes walk to a quiet clean beach. Great location, the house was clean, tastefully decorated and cozy with inviting bedrooms open floor plan for family room and kitchen and dining, screened porch and sunny 3floor balcony. Appliance were all in working order; kitchen was well stocked. Check in and out was a breeze with coded lock. Beach community is small and pleasant. You can get bikes and kayaks delivered from Lewes or Milton and explore the bay and prime hook wildlife refuge. It’s 25 min from Lewes and 15 from Milton.Beware of noseeums, even with screens on the porch, the tiny buggers are able to get through and bite the heck out of unsuspecting victims — wear a bug spray if you decide to lounge outside after sunset. Overall, we had a wonderful time and hope to come back
