Our family had a wonderful time, and plan on returning next year. Everything was perfect, from the travel time from Northern VA to all the great eating spots in the area. The best part of the house, in my opinion, were the views from the deck and the primary bedroom.

This was such a wonderful trip for our family of 4! The house was the perfect size, right on the beach, with a wonderful porch, and lots of kids toys. So quiet and peaceful!

Private beach, fully equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer,excellant water pressure, comfortable beds and couches, huge kitchen, fantastic view of the water, plenty of seating on the multiple decks, large parking space in front, dog friendly rental and neighborhood, close to many parks and nature reserves, nice and quiet area without the tourist crowds, lending library in neighorhood, host was very informative and quick to respond to e-mails. I would highly recommend this rental property.

Fantastic beach house

This is a beautiful and well appointed home. The views are amazing from all the porches, and its location on the beach is top notch. The owner was great as well, both communicating information about the house and answering a couple questions we had during our stay.

Great long weekend

Beautiful beach front property, very clean, kitchen well appointed. Area is quiet and peaceful, but close enough to restaurants and shopping if you want. Owner was very friendly and helpful when I made a mistake in booking. Thank you for a great weekend.

Outstanding Beach House!!

This is our second year staying here and we had a fantastic vacation. We had the beach all to ourselves (even on a holiday weekend) and the kids had a great time looking for crabs, turtles and other sea creatures. The views from the house are like no other. We enjoyed sipping coffee every morning as we watched the dolphins swim by. The house is super clean, comfortable and has simply everything you need! Thank you so much, we can’t wait to be back and enjoy once again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The little things made it even better (hamper, charging outlet, dog mat for the bowls). Incredible views from the family room and sun room and master bedroom. Love the kitchen.

Family vacation

Wonderful home in a great location. We played on the beach, fishing and crabbing and swimming. Explored all over and especially liked visiting Lewes and Rehoboth.

Vacation Rental Experience Exceeded Expectations

Host was incredibly attentive and gracious. This home was exceptionally well maintained and clean! Loved the amenities which far exceed the average rental. Enjoyed the privacy on and off the beach. Would definitely revisit!

The perfect home

What a place! The moment you walk in this house impresses. The view and modern updates cannot be beat! The home is fully stocked with anything you may need! Communication with the host was superb and incredibly accommodating. Wonderful stay & cannot wait to go back!

Great long weekend at Broadkill

We had a great time - the house has a direct path straight to the bay! We went in September and basically had the whole beach to ourselves. The house owner had lots of items to make your stay comfortable and easy. They had many beach items to borrow as well as bikes! The house was clean and modern. I highly recommend!

Beautiful Beach House Experience on DE Shore

This is a beautiful home on a lovely quiet stretch of Broadkill Beach. We loved waking up to the gorgeous views of the bay, enjoying meals overlooking the water, swimming and playing on the beach just steps from the house. The quiet coupled with the proximity to excellent restaurants in Lewes and other activities is a winning combination for a perfect summer vacation. Thank you!

Fantastic home and beach!

A definite 10. The house is fresh and airy with great kitchen, dining and living areas, and 2 comfortable outdoor decks with wonderful ocean views, The most games, beach chairs, and kitchen utensils we've ever seen in a rental home, all excellent quality. Unbelievable private beach with soft sand extending for miles - perfect for sitting, walking or playing in the mild waves. Ashley was extremely responsive with questions, and to a special request that really added to our stay.

Fantastic House and Location!!

We’ve stayed at a few different houses along Broadkill Beach and this is our favorite!! The house was super clean and completely as advertised. The views of the bay are breathtaking and can be seen from almost everywhere in the house. The kitchen has everything you need and all appliances are modern. The owners (thank you Ashley!!) answered all our questions and were very responsive. You can tell they’ve put a lot of thought in upgrading their home for families to have a truly wonderful vacation. We can’t wait to be back and enjoy once again!!

A magical family time

Our family of six had a healing, relaxing week at this beautiful home on the beach. We loved the house and the setting and the sound of the waves. The newly redone, spacious kitchen was thoughtfully outfitted with everything we needed to cook together. Upstairs bathrooms are newly redone and lovely. We spent lots of time on the decks and in the wonderful porch and playing, relaxing, and walking on the gorgeous beach that is just down the private path. We would definitely return!

Wow!

This house is perfect! I have never stayed in a beach home that had a more fully equipped kitchen, with every imaginable high quality small appliance, more than enough of every type of dish, glassware, silver and cooking supplies. There was even a water cooler with regular deliveries! The whole house was spotless and well maintained. The beds were new and super comfortable. The layout gave every room in the house a great view, and the decks were large with great seating. The location was great - very private with large beaches and virtually no other people! And I cannot say enough about our host, Ashley! She is a rockstar and was so helpful and friendly. I would stay in any beachhouse she owned anywhere. She made sure everything was so well equipped - binoculars, games, videos, books, puzzle books, beach chairs, floats, and umbrellas. It was absolutely perfect! Thank you so much, Ashley!!!

Awesome!

This beach house was the absolute best! It is clean and well stocked; especially in the kitchen! The furniture and beds are also comfortable! The decks are fabulous! We loved the views of the beautiful beach; even on rainy days! We fell in love with Broadkill Beach; found crabs, turtles, horseshoe crabs as well as dolphins in the evening! My sons kayaked and fished in the bay and marsh. We cant wait to go back! The property owners also checked in via email to make sure we had settled in! 5 stars for everything!!

We reside primarily in Baltimore, but love to spend our weekends in Broadkill Beach as much as possible. Life is busy chasing after our 4-year old daughter, Sloane, 1-year old son, Beau, and 9-year old fur baby, Sammy.
