Excellent location!

The location was perfect for our stay which included mostly hiking and dining. The property was clean and parking was easy. As the host had noted, the walls aren’t soundproof but there wasn’t much noise except hearing footsteps during the quiet hours.

Good Value

I enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it. Pros 1) Good value 2) A clean, nice space3) Walking distance to RestaurantsCons1) Beth is hard to get a hold of2) You have to bring the trash to the dump despite paying a cleaning fee which is not pleasant and I have never seen that before.3) Beware that It takes two weeks to get your very large deposit back.

Our stay was wonderful. We stayed in Lincoln for our daughters wedding. 4 adults for 2 nights, 3 days.Beth was a fantastic host. She replied promptly, explained the process easily, and everything was just as she said.The condo was easily located, very clean, and had everything we needed. The decor is country style, much like the town. Not modern style or cold looking by any means, and that suited us perfectly. The beds were comfortable and clean, that made all the difference to our tired bodies. The surrounding condos were quiet, as was the street. We'll definitely book with Beth again if we travel to Lincoln in the future.

Wedding weekend

The condo was perfect for our family attending a wedding at Loon Mountain. It was clean and comfortable and just a 4 minute drive to loon Mountain! Highly recommend!

Took a chance

There was no reviews on this property but we took the chance, just needed a place to sleep and eat. Beth was very helpful when needed. We would rent again.

Nice place

The property was clean and quiet. My neice and I stayed for a long weekend. It was basically a place to sleep and relax in the evenings. We walked to breakfast in the mornings and it was close to the attractions we wanted to visit. The only drawback was lack of parking. We couldn't have friends or relatives in the area over or use the condo as a place to meet up and take one car because of the one space per condo limit. Still, it was a very nice place. Ithere the

Exactly what we needed...

This place was great. We stayed for only a few days, but it was exactly what we could have hoped for and right where we wanted to be so we could explore Franconia Notch State Park, Clark's Bears, the Lost River Gorge & Boulder Caves. It is also less than a 2 minute drive to Main St in Lincoln. If we were not so tire from all the walking we did elsewhere, we would have walked there too. The condo itself had everything needed - always of help. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the deck for lunch and dinner. Thank you for giving us a great place to stay while making new memories in NH!

It was OK

The condo was clean and in good condition. We tried to contact the owner to ask for early check in and didn't get a response. We never got a 'how is it going' from the owner and when we checked out we didn't get any response. The temperature was a little cool and the heat didn't work according to the directions left for us. In all the times we've used VRBO we have never been asked to bring our trash to the local dump. Not a big deal - just different.

Great location, great stay

This condo has 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds + twin bunk beds) and 1.5 baths. The shower has great heat and water pressure, and they gave us lots of towels and linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with a dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and WAY more kitchen utensils than I anticipated. No matter what I wanted to cook, the tools were there in some cabinet or drawer. There's plenty of living space for hanging out or watching a movie, and there's a nice back porch too. Everything was clean and organized while still feeling like a home away from home. Our host was great. Check in and check out were super easy, the host responded immediately when I had questions prior to check in. The host sent us instructions so we knew how everything in the home worked and where everything was located. A few friends and I spent a week here, and this was a great stay. The condo is walking distance from plenty of shops and restaurants. It's a short drive to lots of gorgeous hiking and skiing locations. The space was super clean and welcoming. This stay is perfect for a family or small group of friends. I HIGHLY recommend this stay to anyone interested in exploring Lincoln, Franconia Park, or any surrounding areas.

Perfect for our needs

We stayed here for a friend's wedding weekend at Loon Mountain, and it was perfect for our needs. Quick walk to the shops and restaurants. Short drive to Loon. Nice to have a grocery store right nearby. Quiet setting. Would recommend.

Clean and spacious

Clean 2nd story condo. Spacious 2 bedroom. Only recommendation is to bring lots of fans if staying in the summer, our stay fell during a heat wave and the one a/c unit in the kitchen couldn’t keep up besides that great location to downtown. I would rent again if going to area
