Step onto your spacious balcony and feast your eyes on this amazing gulf view!! No better place for the sunrise and a morning cup of joe. Or spread out with your family and enjoy a big breakfast to get your beach day started! The large deck is quickly accessed from both bedrooms as well as the great room.

This open floor plan brings people together! The well appointed kitchen makes big meals a breeze! Beds include 1 sleeper sofa, 2 twins, 1 rollaway trundle, and 1 relaxing King! This condo features 2 full baths with tub in the master suite! All beds are made with freshly cleaned linens and comforters prior to your stay.

Get your salt life fix in just minutes with the quick beach access via the private boardwalk. Take a dip in the crisp and clean pool after a day in the sun or lounge poolside all day with your favorite tunes and beverage. Sunsets are easily enjoyed from the Jacuzzi in the evenings. Pool area includes game/party space with a pool table, bbq grills and a fish cleaning station nearby. (Pool is heated as needed.)

One covered parking spot is included with your stay.

This small boutique condominium complex only has 32 units and is the perfect place for a relaxing Port Aransas getaway...

WHAT IS PROVIDED:

• Kitchen is well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances).

• One set of freshly cleaned sheets and comforter for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of guests. We do not provide beach towels.

• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry soap and dish soap will be provided.




Sorry we do not provide maid or towel service.

Loved our stay!

Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was provided and the property owner/manager was VERY responsive! The private walk up to the beach was great! Be sure to take the provided body boards when you go! Was also just far enough from town where you could go to the beach at night and see a sky full of stars and even noticeable satellites flying by!

Wonderful spot

A very room, comfortable, and pleasant spot to enjoy Port Aransas. The large balcony is a big plus. We also enjoyed the facilities pool and hot tub, and the beach area across the boardwalk was enjoyably quiet at the times we went. Host replied immediately to a few questions we had.

Perfect in every way.

The condo was exactly as described with everything we could possibly need to cook, clean, and enjoy ourselves. The owner thought of every detail and checked in on us throughout our stay. I highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again.

Over all the property was as advertised. I had only one communication issue. Not a big deal but a rey probably would have been in order. Other than that all the instructions and directions to enjoy the beach were nice. I would definitely recommend booking the place. Definitely get a beach parking pass as the manager recommends.

I would stay here again

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We had a very comfortable stay. I would love to stay here again when the weather is better. The only complaint was the lack of a wine opener. Luckily one of the neighbors let us borrow one!

Perfect Family Getaway!

If you are looking for a great property to stay at for a family of 4, stop searching! You’ve found it! This condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and the deck at night is perfect at the end of a long day at the beach. The condo was very clean and accommodating to my kids who are 2 and 4. It has access to a great pool and a boardwalk to the beach. The pool and beach were wonderful! Beautiful sand and kept very clean. The property manager was great at communicating and was very accommodating during our stay. Lots of memories were made on this trip and we will definitely be back to make some more!

Nice Stay

Overall we had a nice stay. After spending a few days at a hotel, it was so nice to be able to spread out in this condo. It is a short walk to the beach. The place was well equipped. The host was responsive. The only negative we had was the hot tub did not want to warm up. So unfortunately we were not able to use it. The game room does not look like the pictures. Perhaps because we were visiting in the off season. I only saw a well used pool table and ping pong table.

Wonderful!

With 40+years of Port A vacationing, this was probably the best place we have stayed at in a VERY long time! Comfortable beds, nice linens, condo not only smelled clean, but was clean! My husband was thrilled there were ceiling fans throughout and 2 more plug in fans in the closet! Great full functioning kitchen and love the fridge with ice maker and filtered water! Washer dryer were super handy to have and worked perfectly. The balcony was great, we spent quite a bit of time enjoying the view and the breeze! The complex is definitely one of our favorites, its quiet and on the smaller size, which we enjoy. The pool was pristine every day as were the grounds. I think 2 things about the property that were such a bonus was the covered parking and the private boardwalk to the beach. Scott checked in every couple days to be sure all was well. We would not hesitate to stay here again, and we wish we could have stayed longer than a week!

Host was welcoming and answered my questions about the area and weather prior to us booking. The condo is a short drive from the beach but has a private boardwalk. We opted to also get a beach parking pass, so we could load our beach/fishing gear in the car and drive onto the beach with it. We went in early November and were blessed with beautiful weather. The condo is well equipped and clean. However, there is a musty smell from water damage that wouldnt dissipate. We ended up leaving the master bedroom windows slightly open for the entire stay. We did forget our hanging clothes, and the host was kind enough to offer to mail them to us. Thank you, Scotty!

Great place

Condo was great and has everything you need for your stay including things you need to enjoy the beach. Swimming pool, hot tub, and game room were awesome to keep teenagers busy. Location was great, easy beach access, and not crowded at all during Spring Break. Property was very nice and clean!

Very enjoyable!

A large, open unit, generally comfortable and well-equipped, with a great balcony! Scott was available without being a nuisance and responded when needed -- just right! We definitely got our exercise on the stairs and to and from the beach, and thoroughly enjoyed the relative quiet and privacy that this unit offered.

Our stay at Mustang Island Beach Club

We enjoyed our time at this condo. It was very clean and the pictures are accurate. We especially enjoyed the deck/balcony in the late afternoon and evenings, as it was spacious and had comfortable outdoor furniture. Scott was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay and made us feel very welcome.

Great stay, lots of fun!

Our family of five (two adults, three kids) stayed a whole week and had a great time! The condo is exactly as shown. Very clean. Everything works. Owner is local; we didn't need anything, but it was good to know he was available if needed. The furniture on the balcony sits really well and is very comfortable. The beds are also comfortable. There is a condo bathroom downstairs by the pool and an outside shower for rinsing sand after the beach. Highly recommend! We had a great time and it was great to have such a nice place to rest and relax!

Very Nice Property!

My family had a great vacation staying at this property! First off, Scott was very communicative from check in to check out, trying to make sure our stay was as seamless as possible. The property looked exactly as it did in the pictures. The condo was very spacious and allowed 4 adults and a 3 year old to move around freely. We loved sitting on the large patio looking out over the ocean and hanging out. I liked that there were extra supplies in the house such as, lighter fluid, laundry detergent, and beach chairs and mat. We were even given a parking pass for the beach! Overall, we would definitely stay here again and even booking again for next year!
