Stay here!-Newly Renovated Beach House (steps to beach)

• We rent our home for a 7 day/6 night stay only, Monday to Sunday, with some exceptions, just ask us.

• We don't have many reviews because we are NEW to VRBO. Home was newly-renovated with new furnishings, bedding and grill. Photos reflect current condition.

ABOUT OUR HOME:

We have 3 cozy and comfortable Bedrooms that sleep 7 comfortable (no sleeper couches, futons, etc.). Every bedroom has AC/heating and Smart TV's. WiFi throught.

Our kitchen is fully-equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, stocked courtesy Kuerig coffee station, microwave, blender, toaster, and a filtered, chilled water pitchers for your convenience (we never want to lug cases of bottled water here, so we didn't think you would either). Feel free to use our dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, pans, serving bowls, platters, and pitchers to make lemonade, etc. We keep enough equipment for 12 people to dine comfortably. We also keep a supply of cooking spices & condiments, sugar and coffee, for you convenience, too.

Our family room is open-format with an inviting & comfy sofa to lounge around on. We wanted it to be easy to relax and be entertained in our home and we think you and your family will enjoy it.

Use our wagon to cart our beach chairs & umbrellas to the shore. We usually set up an area in morning and collect it later in the day. That way you can head for a swim, maybe come back to the house to use our bicycles to explore the area, grill a BBQ for lunch, etc. before heading back to the beach for a breezy nap as the sun goes down. Although checkout is early on Sunday, feel free to leave your luggage on our private deck and make the most of your last day on the island. You can use the outdoor shower to wash up for the ferry ride up until 2:00pm! We just ask that you check-out of the home by 11am to allow our cleaning crew access.

We include all the bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, and stock the bathrooms with a starter set of toilet tissue so you have less to bring with you.
We want you to feel at home here and make it easier for you to enjoy your vacation.

Just pack your clothes and bring some food, we have you covered. Come make our beach house, your beach house for a week, two or a month!

ABOUT OUR VILLAGE:

Our home is 400 yards to the beach and 200 yards to the commercial district of Ocean Beach, a family-oriented Fire Island community that has a laid-back characteristic.

It appeals to family vacationers who enjoy…

• afternoons riding bicycles thru our villages
• shopping around town
• watching the sunset from a choice of a dozen restaurants, bars and eateries
• indulging in ice cream, candy & baked goods at the niche shops that dot the bay walk

• entertaining kids at our community playground
• watching the featured movie outdoors on the ballfield,
• late-night "rocket fuel" and dancing

We have lifeguarded beaches, tennis courts, and basketball courts, too.
Families can participate in water sports, arts, crafts, soccer, softball, drama, yoga, aerobics, beach races and other summertime festivities.

It’s a safe and care-free place to enjoy for every age!

NOTE:
It is very important to us that each of our guests has a great time during their stay. That being said, it is also very important to us that our guests are respectful and considerate of our home and our neighbors. This home does not rented to groups, for events or parties. Excessively loud and/or destructive behavior will not be tolerated. If you feel this may be in issue for your party, please select a different property.
