Quiet North End - Three Bedroom Unit, Super Spacious + Off Street Parking!

It’s time to shake off your winter blues! Ideal Seaside retreat for those who love the sun, sand and nightlife. Come stay in our clean and spacious, freshly painted three-bedroom beach apartment located in the heart of Seaside Heights. Park your car in the driveway and leave it there all week. Our home is steps from Breakwater Beach Waterpark which makes this a perfect location for families with small children. Just a short stroll to the boardwalk, the ocean, the bay, restaurants, coffee shops and clubs/nightlife. Seaside Heights has even more to offer with amusement park rides, arcades, mini golf, go carts, boat and wave runner rentals. Also, visit www.seaside-heightsnj.org for updated movie and fireworks nights, as well as casinopiernj.com for Breakwater Beach Waterpark and Casino Pier activities. An amazing time for you and your family is yours at our clean, well-located beach home.

Two parking spots are provided in the driveway, additional free parking available on the street.

Beach passes for up to eight included (a $400.00 dollar value).

The unit has window air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Two bedrooms have queen sized beds while the third bedroom has two bunkbed sets. All with brand new memory foam mattresses.

There is cable & WiFi with new Ultra-4K smart TV’s in the living room (65 inch) and all three bedrooms (43 inch).

The eat in kitchen has all the necessary utensils, pots, pans, dishes, glasses etc. so that you can cook inside. There is a full-size kitchen table with seating for eight. Outside, there is a shared patio area with gas barbecue grill and tables for enjoying a nice meal in the fresh air.

If you are traveling with friends or family, we have an additional one-bedroom unit for 4 guests available onsite for a separate nightly rate. Please contact us for more information.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
-NO SMOKING/NO PETS/NO LARGE GROUPS
-This is not a Prom, Graduation or Party House – no need to inquire.
-Minimum age for primary renter is 25 yrs. – no exceptions.
-Both owners and renters comply with state & local Ordinances (STRP #24-00042).
-Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday (check-in: 4pm / check-out: 10am).
-We do not provide linens and towels. Guests must bring their own.
-This unit is not ADA Handicapped Accessible and requires stairs which may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.

Great stay!

The house was perfect for our group! It fit all of us comfortably and was a short walk to the beach. It was kept clean and nicely furnished.

Great location and nice property

We had a great stay here. Good space for the kids and overall great place. Good walk to the board walks. Lots of places to shop and eat within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Property owner was always available and answered questions within minutes.

Home Away From Home

Great experience for the whole family. The unit was very clean, spacious and had everything/anything we needed. The location was perfect! Short walking distance to the boardwalk (center of Casino Pier), the waterpark and mini golf/go-karts. If you have a family with young kids, this is the place to be, non-party area, which we truly appreciated. The hosts/owners were very responsive and super nice. Thank you so much, we will be back…..some day!!

The apartment was really nice & spacious. When i turned the key, open the door & walked around, i had a smile on my face & said to my family this is nice & they agreed w/me. Good Stay

Clean, good A/C, good beds. Good location — near the bay, close to Acme, several blocks to boardwalk. Quiet. Only wish the beds had bedspreads and/or blankets (neither supplied). I misinterpreted “laundry” thinking that it meant there was a washer/dryer. Laundry means there is a laundry service available. Owner responsive!

Nice location

The place is in good location, was clean, and had everything we needed for a short stay. The furniture in one of the bedrooms has a weird smell probably cause it's old. Mattress in one of the bedrooms should be replaced cause it has a V shape and makes you roll in to the middle. Other than these minor things we had a good experience staying for a long weekend.

Great Place

We had a wonderful vacation. The place was beautiful well equipped and convenient. Owner was very responsive. Drawback for us which I didn't anticipate was the step stairs to get to the unit. My wife has mobility problems and she limited the number of times up and down. That was our issue and my oversight not a problem with the owner. We would stay again if we could.

Clean place for a decent price

Clean apartment. Comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen. Recommend renting if you're not adverse to being further from beach. 10 min walk to boardwalk. Easy on off island. Conveniently located. Owner is EXCELLENT at communication and super nice. Apartment had a funky smell on check in but nothing a candle didnt fix. My 80 yr old mom who is spry had a little challenge with steep stairs but she got it down. Id definitely rent again.

A True Seaside Gem

My family and I just finished our stay and all I can say is - WOW! The bedrooms were all a very good size with ample closets and cabinets. The living room was very comfortable for relaxing family time. The enormous dining table in the kitchen was a great place to spread out our hails from the boardwalk or have a meal made with the well-stocked kitchenware! The whole place was spotless and the hosts were easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We were so impressed with all the nice touches in the rental. Everywhere was covered in seaside decor which really added to our sense of being on vacation. It was nice to have beach passes included and one less thing to worry about. We had one of our best vacations ever and our accommodations were a big part of it. We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect place for a family getaway

Will definitely book again. The location is perfect distance to everything. The house was way better than i even expected. Very clean, plenty of room and we loved the setup. Livingroom and kitchen were on the opposite side of the bedrooms so when the kids or grandparents needed to go to bed the rest of us comfortably hung out in the livingroom watching tv or hungout outside enjoying the night air. Rooms were bigger than expected TONS of storage space, closets, dressers, beds were super comfortable, kitchen had EVERYTHING... excellent place for week long vacation. Felt like I was home. Loved this place. Owners were very very easy to talk to. Very nice. We stayed 4 adults and 4 teens and still had lots of space. Highly Recommended. A+++++++++ Thank you!!!!

Close to Seaside activities without the noise and traffic

The property was a short walk to the boardwalk, waterpark and beach! Using a wagon our family easily carried our beach supplies or could take a quick afternoon walk to mini-golf. Located on the second floor, we had plenty of space for the 4 of us. Stairs are a little steep but it was still manageable for little legs. Kids enjoyed the bunkbeds and the other rooms for spacious. The window ac units keep the house cool but are a little loud if you are a light sleeper or are hoping the kids will sleep in a bit. The picture of the kitchen made it seem crammed but in reality it was large enough for an 8-seat table with lots of counter space. We ate out most nights and there are plenty of food choices on the boardwalk or a short drive north or south. Easy to drive to Island Beach State park for a different view. Great communication by the owners!

Great location

For seaside it was a great location. We traveled with 4 children and they knew home was between the water tower and Ferris wheel. 10 minute walk to beach and boardwalk and really great bay sunsets.

Great beach rental

Great place to stay very clean and well kept. Everything you would need for a family. Short walk to the boardwalk, beach and water park. Dave and Allyson were great with communication. Would love to stay again in the future!

Nice apartment close to the beach/boardwalk

Our stay was wonderful. Apartment was exactly as pictured and walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. My girls already miss our holiday home ☺️.Davids communication was great and we never had any problems. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Seaside Heights Visit

This property was a perfect fit for my family. The space was large enough for four children. The Eat in kitchen and adjacent family room couldn’t have been more fitting. Kitchen items were brand new. Beds were extremely comfortable with plenty of storage in each bedroom. David our host was extremely attentive and I would happily stay there again.
