That’s a day-in-the-life at our Maisons-sur-Mer condo—an oceanfront retreat in one of the Grand Strand’s most exclusive communities. Recently renovated and furnished by a Miami Beach designer, this residence offers a chic luxury experience high above the shore. You’ll enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean from every room, high-end appointments, and all the comforts of home including high-speed Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer.

We are informed this may from time to time cause the building’s restaurant and bar to be closed or have limited service or access. We have no control over when these activities will take place but want to alert our guests to the situation in advance. To our knowledge, this will not impact other building facilities in any way.**

Enlist the group to help you chop and prep at the large bar, or just pull a chilled bottle of wine from the cooler and layout small bites while you await room service delivery. Sit-down meals are best enjoyed at the chandelier-lit table by the window or out on the ocean-view deck.

Each bedroom suite delivers an experience reminiscent of a five-star hotel with luxury linens, new high-end mattresses, en-suite baths with natural finishes, and large flat-screen TVs.

Retreat to the king-size Grand Suite—featuring its access to the balcony facing the beach and bath/dressing area to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean in total privacy. Enter the Sunset Suite through grand double doors, which accommodate up to four in two queen-size beds and have direct access to the Sunset balcony.
