Maisons Sur Mer vacation

Condo was absolutely amazing. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. The view was great and the beach was awesome. The pool and pool bar and restaurant were so convenient. Loved that it had security. Had a great time with family and would definitely stay here again and again.

The process from booking the reservation to getting to the condo could not have been easier.

We were pleased with the check-in process. It could not have been easier. The condo was clean and had a great view. We will stay there again when visiting!

Meh - Subpar stay

Lots of disappointments here from antiquated decor/furnishings to an unbearable check in process including multiple 20+ minute drives to the property management office. TV didn’t power on, 1st floor condo so view was mediocre. We stay in myrtle, like this building, but wouldn’t recommend this unit.

Over the top Security Guards

Security at checkin is ridiculously obnoxious. We're not allowed to use stairs for room access coming or going. Everything is locked down. There's no freedom on the property. None. Pool is built on the north side of property, meaning there's no sun and total shade by 2pm. Again, ridiculous. Too many elderly living there walking with handicap walkers. Reprimanded by security for backing in parking space and another time i didn't have my shirt on coming from beach. Should change hotel name to NoFunZone Inn. Room was nice and clean, good location to restaurants. Won't be back.

Masions Ser Mer

It was 78 degrees and hotter in the room. Had to buy a fan and pull in air from the hallway to cool down. Couldnt listen to music by the pool, people were snobs . I dont reccomend this place to anybody. Room was beautiful but so hot it was miserable. Had problems with one person running her mouth and security did nothing about it. Not a place i will ever go again. U couldnt even get door dash to your room. U had to go to lobby to get your food. Too many rules to follow. Cant wear tanktops in their dining area or hats. Cant walk in building, from pool without being covered up. Its vacation. Let people walk in their swimsuits from the pool to their room. Their HOT HOT ROOM!!

Nightmare vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Air condition fan never stopped! A broken fan! Ran continuously! We knew the fan wasn’t working right. Rental company sent over a maintenance person and he couldn’t help. The building maintenance came and he acknowledged it wasn’t working right. He wrote in his notes it was. The rental said if they sent HAVAC over and they said it was ok that we would have to pay for the call. They came and something was wrong with it. No apology from the realty company. Very unprofessional. We decided to just go home rather than change locations. We were charged for 2 days and all fees. Over $650 for 2 miserable days!

Girls weekend at the beach! Our 24th year!

Two girlfriends and I stayed at Masion Sur Mer many years ago before we started visiting Isle Of Palms. Our condo was very comfortable. We enjoyed the convivence of the restaurant. The food was great and reasonably priced. Also, we also were appreciative of the security that the building provided. Will definitely be returning.

Comfortable and clean

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was a beautiful condo with a view of the ocean. The condo was very clean with comfortable beds and furniture. We did not have any issues. Hurricane Ian was quite the experience, but we felt very safe in the building! The staff in the building are very helpful and kind. I hope to return again.
