Good Location

The condo location was good. The condo was on the smaller size but ok for three adults and two teenagers. The condo itself was clean. Had all of the necessary items needed. We loved the location and the beach was a few steps away, which was great. The outside of the building and patio needs updated. Overall great weekend getaway.

I gave a low rating because the pool was closed after saying it would open. They played the blame game, it was Hoas fault but they rented the unit. Then they charged me an additional cleaning fee but refunded it after i showed a video of how we left it. Talk about scamming while trying to vacation. It would be an amazing unit with great views but I feel they have management issues. The condo itself was nice and the location was awesome but no way would I book again. Really good ocean view super easy access and the size of the unit was good. Oh check out is 9am. They did let us check in 30 minutes early but we had to call. Plus no Parking fee!

A few issues with this condo

This condo was sufficiently clean and provided us with what we needed. But this condo only had 2 forks in the whole unit. Not sure where they went but make sure you get plastic ware. Otherwise kitchen was well stocked. Our other issue was water dripping in the guest bathroom that seemed to be related to plumbing above this unit. Dripped on several family members. Hopefully it wasn’t toilet water or anything!

While the views were great, we had problem after problem. Most which taken care of right away but the dryer that marked up our clothes wasn’t fixed even after almost three weeks until we left. So to this day we don’t know if it ever got fixed. The refrigerator still leaked on occasion from the freezer drawer on the bottom of the refrigerator. The master bath sink was plugging up after the second week and we were there for six weeks. Yes there was drain cleaner under the sink but that’s not our job to have a free running drain. The carpet was dirty. The place could use a good update. Everything else was fine but won’t be back.
