We let our guests know in our home summary: "Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Please reach out so we can best prepare the home for your dog!". We also prefer to over communicate via email to our guests about check-out procedures as many ask us in advance. All we ask is for our home to be left in a courteous state! :)
