Great house!

We loved our stay! House was very large and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch and access to Watercolor pools is another bonus that we fully enjoyed.

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful home. Lots of space and a great front porch for morning coffee and cocktails in the afternoon!! The extra TV room upstairs was perfect for the grandchildren. Can’t wait to go back.

Watercolor

Our family enjoyed our week at 19 Sunflower. It was the perfect house for our family. The only issue was the golf cart not working correctly and we couldn’t get it resolved. The location was great as well. Would definitely rent this house again !

Great trip

The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The master bedroom and bunk room Could really use black out curtains. We were all wide awake when the sun came up because it was so bright. It’s also not really 4 bedrooms. It’s 3 bedrooms with a bunk room with no door or privacy. It worked out, but wasn’t what I was expecting. The bunk room and two upstairs bedrooms are in very close proximity so not much privacy up there. The golf cart was perfect and the location of the house was good. It’s about as far away from the beach as you can get, but we didn’t mind. We liked the dragonfly pool in the neighborhood and we liked being close to the grocery store. It was an easy golf cart ride to the beach club.

Great stay!

This is a great home and well-stocked for a week at the beach. The Gem car was fantastic, the kitchen was well stocked, and the home is very well maintained. We would rent here again!

Watercolor ROCKS! Great Home, great mgmt, great time!

Watercolor has been our go to destination for the beach two years in a row and this property will not disappoint complete with Watercolor 6 passenger golfcart for our family. Beds were cozy, kitchen was larger than depicted in the pics, AC worked great, master shower is amazing. Happy Wife, Happy Life, Book it, you wont be disappointed. Watercolor / mgmt co is top notch; great communication and seamless check in / check out. Thanks, The Kauffmans from Austin

Great location, cute house, but needs improvement.

We just got home from our stay at in Watercolor. The house was very cute, and we were very happy at first, then things sort of started to go downhill as the week went on. The first or second night I went to give the kids a bath and the stopper at the bottom of the tub wouldn't move because the tub plug was broken/ disconnected. So, we had to send a message to them to come and fix that so we could bathe the kids. Then we kept noticing the temperature throughout the house kept changing. So, we said something to the maintenance guy, and I guess the owner of the house likes to control it. Then at night it was getting so cold, we tried to turn up the temperature and there was a code placed on the thermostat to control it. Well, the kids were freezing and there weren't any blankets in the house, so my husband ran up to Publix and bought beach towels. The other issue was the back deck kept giving our kids huge splinters. They need to put a coating on the top to stop the wood from splintering. My poor son has splinters all in the bottom of his feet and he refused to let us get them out. Lastly, there were a lot of scratches and dings on the walls and woodwork, I was a little surprised parts of the house were so well taken care of when touch ups for paint were clearly not done all that regularly. Also, the previous people left toys and some makeup under the vanity in the master bath, I was surprised to see the cleaning people didn't clean any of that up. So, with those being my negatives, I should also say some positives. - The location is great. You are about a 7 minute golf cart ride over to camp watercolor, but, everything over by camp watercolor is so crowded that it made it not very enjoyable. I would recommend staying close to the house and just doing Dragonfly pool. - Close to Publix! - Close to seaside BUT the golf cart is a fairly simple one and it only holds enough of a charge to go to seaside once and back before you need to charge it again. - The house is very nice, and beds and couch is comfy. Long story short- We would not stay in this exact house again. But we would stay in the neighborhood.

The Exclusive 30A team worked with us to find the perfect house: the house was gorgeous and the maintenance staff came by on a regular basis to check that all was well. The porch swing was our favorite but everything was fabulous: quality of sheets, appliances, will be hard to leave this comfortable yet elegant home which is in Watercolor and a short bike ride to Seaside.

5-star property

We had two couples and two teenage girls. The property was as advertised. Great location, fabulous front porch, fully equipped, clean, and spacious. Golf cart was a huge plus since it’s a bit of a walk to 30A. Bikes were great too. Just be sure to lock them. Highly recommend this property.

We had 6 adults, and 4 kids, and felt comfortable with the size of the home. The house is really beautiful-- tall ceilings, lots of natural light, beautiful decorations, and high end appliances. You have access to a golf cart that can easily take you anywhere you need to go in watercolor. You really never have to get in your vehicle. Several places deliver food to the house which was convenient with small children. We had a great time. Can't recommend this house enough.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We walked in and felt like we were in a home away from home! The ambiance is very nice. We are a family with 2 adult children, and their spouses, and one grandchild. The 3 king beds and private bathrooms were a huge draw for us. We rented a crib to put in the bunk room which worked well. Also a plus, was a half bath both upstairs and downstairs. Also very important was the 6 passenger golf cart and bikes. We used the golf cart multiple times per day... If you want super close access to the beach, this is not really it, because you either need to ride your bikes, or have a 8- 10-12-14 minute ride in the golf cart to the beach, depending on the traffic. There is a back way which we discovered on the third day, which is the way to go, which is the shorter ride of course! The home was very clean. If you like to sleep in a bit later, and the sun rise wakes you up, you might want to pick a home with shutters though! This home only has thin white drapery....The publix is very close and very nice! The area felt very safe. Beware the master bath tub is quite slippery! The Exclusive 30A contact for us was Richard, and he was very prompt and responsive! Overall, we had such a great time! We could easily stay again, abd we would definitely recommend to friends.

Fall Break Fun

Loved staying here! Plenty of space for our crew. Top notch appliances, loved the bikes and golf cart. Perfect location. Master bed heavenly. Front beach swing has my heart. Listing says 5 bikes but we had 4…just FYI. But such a lovely stay…thank you so much!
