Take advantage of all Marco Beach has to offer in this fully remodeled (2020) Lanai and pool overlooking beautiful open water, prime location, beautifully maintained clean and comfortable single family home. All new furniture, bedding, towels, fresh paint throughout. King bed in the master, 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, 2 queen blow up mattresses, 3 flat screen TV's. Extra large Backyard Oasis includes: 8 lounge chairs, 2 tanning lounge ledgers in HEATED pool, umbrella, bar, grill, fire-pit, and outdoor shower. Walk right out to the Beautiful new pier, great for fishing and sometimes you will get a special surprise by the dolphins! Full size Washer/dryer, 2 adult bicycles for your use. Public beach is just 1 mile from this home.

Excellent stay

Beautiful property in a lovely area. We loved sitting down on the deck for our morning coffee - so peaceful! The outside area has everything you need - so easy to lose days just by the pool. Short walk to beach and restaurants. Would stay here again & recommend to friends and family.

Amazing backyard!

This is our 4th trip to Marco Island. First at this home. We are a family of 4 and it suited us well. Although it’s not a huge home, the outdoor space is awesome! We were outside all week! The pool was so nice. Dolphins in the cove were seen at least twice. The walk to the beach was about 1Mile start to finish. We actually drove 1 of the times to make it easier on us and the kids. Book this place! You will love it!

A perfect getaway

It was a wonderful place to get away and enjoy a visit with my brother, plenty of places there to have private time, zoom meetings and not disturb anyone else.

Great location

We had a great stay at the house, the location is perfect and the outside space a real treat! The house is also really well stocked with everything you need.My only feedback is that the bathrooms and kitchen are quite old and could do with an update.

Beautiful Outdoor Area

We are from Southwest Florida and decided to do a staycation in Marco Island. We walked up to the beach frequently and spent our days mainly by the pool. The backyard area is an oasis, and it was nice during the busy season not to share a pool with resort guests.

Marco Island Outside Oasis

The outdoor space at this property is incredible. From the pool, to hot tub to the fishing off the canal our family enjoyed being outside. Location is easy walking distance to the beach too.

Horrible Experince - Beware

What was supposed to be a relaxing family weekend turned into a nightmare when we had to deal with police and fire rescue responding to my mother-in-law's chest pains, as a result of our interaction with the property manager. The issue started because the property manager assumed we had additional guests staying over when it was merely other friends who were staying in the area coming by to greet us. It saddens me to say that the property manager exhibited behavior that can only be described as vulgar and violent. Every other word out of his mouth was a profanity, which was uttered in front of my family. This was completely unacceptable and created an inappropriate environment. To make matters worse, the situation took a distressing turn when the property manager made a derogatory comment stating, "you people don't belong here" and we should "go back to Miami where we belong." Such ethnic slurs not only violate state and federal civil rights laws but also promote discrimination and intolerance. The level of aggressiveness displayed by the property manager was so intense that my wife was genuinely afraid for her life, which was deeply concerning and alarming. This was such an overall traumatic experience that we don’t plan on returning to Marco. As expected, the owner of the property is going to say that this is all false and that we did not "follow the terms of the contract".There are several cameras throughout the property and a police report that will support what is stated

Amazing place!

My wife and I loved the house! The pool/patio area was a highlight and we saw dolphins swim by everyday. Everything was clean and Sharon was a great host, couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

Beautiful Lanai

The lanai was absolutely perfect for our family. The pool was incredible and the views were stunning! We even got to see a dolphin one evening! The location was convenient to everything!

Fantastic outdoor space!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. Our family visited Marco Island for spring break and this property was perfect for us. The outdoor space is phenomenal with a lovely pool and hot tub in the lanai. Furthermore, there is a private dock from which we saw dolphins up close and personal in the canal several evenings. We also spent a good deal of time fishing the canal from the dock and caught plenty of catfish; several times we saw tarpon feeding near the dock but just couldn't get one on the line. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Wonderful visit!

We had an amazing stay and will be planning to come back! The outdoor space was wonderful, and location was tough to beat. The kids loved the pool and the walk to the beach.

Perfect family spring break

We loved the house, pool, and location. It’s a little more than a half mile to the public beach access, but our kids (6 & 9) handled it no problem. The pool and outdoor area are updated and awesome. Would stay here again in a heartbeat next time we come to Marco. Very clean, great communication with host.

A Charmer on Marco Island

An original home with all the charm of Marco Island. The Lanai, pool and hot tub are a perfect design for this home. From the dock we watched dolphins, starfish, jelly fish and manatees. Two blocks from the beach. The home included everything we would need for a beach vacation.

60th Birthday getaway

We will be back!

We spent 4 nights here in December with our young children and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The outdoor space was AMAZING and the house itself was clean, with everything we could have needed and the comfortable beds were a plus. Even with mid 70s temps while we were there, we were able to use the heated pool and hot tub every day. It’s close to public beach access and restaurants, and we saw dolphins in the canal out back every day! The host Sharon was quick to respond with any questions & made our stay easy and stress free. Such a fun and relaxing way to spend our holiday!

Beautiful property

Sharon was an absolute pleasure to work with! The house was very clean and simple and the patio/pool area was amazing. Bikes, cooler, fishing poles, pool floaties, tons of towels, ice trays in the freezer, washer/dryer- literally everything we needed to enjoy our stay was right there for us. We hardly ended up going anywhere because the pool was relaxing enough for us! Dolphins were there everyday for entertainment! If we’re ever back to Marco, this will be the first property we will look for!
