High-speed wifi, surround sound system with bluetooth. King bed in master suite. Master bath has large walk-in shower. Queen bed in guest bedroom #1 - two twin sets (with adapter to make into king set) in guest bedroom #2. Pull-out queen sleeper sofa in Den. Great location-great house

This property is 100% as-advertised. It is less than 4/10ths of mile from the beach. The home is well-appointed, but extremely livable/comfortable, and has all the amenities you or your family will need for a Marco vacation.

Wonderful New Year's Vacation

We had a lovely stay at this comfortable, clean and well-appointed vacation home. The layout was perfect for our family of five and we enjoyed relaxing on the lanai and by the pool. The property is an easy walk to a public access on a beautiful stretch of beach. We definitely hope to visit Marco and stay there again!

The home was great for my boys and I. Owners were kind. They had a book with a ton of info. Bikes included. Short walk to the beach.

Beach-Ready Home with Amazing Hospitality

We had a wonderful stay at this home for the 4th of July in Marco Island! The house was spotless, in a fantastic location, and had everything we needed for a perfect beach getaway—beach towels, carts, and more.The hosts were incredibly accommodating from the beginning. They allowed us early check-in and late check-out, and listened to my concerns about possibly rescheduling our stay due to a tropical depression that was expected to impact the area. Their flexibility and thoughtfulness really made a difference.Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped stay in Marco Island!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Anything and everything we could possibly need for a day at the beach was on hand! Perfect home and pool! The owners were incredibly responsive to our questions and needs during the stay…. We have rented condos in Turks and Caicos, Bahamas, and Hawaii and this was our favorite trip of all!

Winter Getaway

Wonderful experience! Everything was as described, one of the most enjoyable VRBO trips we have taken. Already planing on a return trip. Andres was a pleasure dealing with. All the needed equipment for a trip to the beach was a huge plus. Really enjoyed the outside grill area.

What the Dr ordered

Very convenient, beautiful home in Marco. Close to everything you need with little effort while nestled in a neighborhood community. We felt comfortable right away and relaxed through our time spent. We will be looking to come back again. Thank you for the prompt service and communication.

Repeat visitors - Location and pool

This is a very comfortable home with a location and pool area which are hard to beat. Primary king bed is comfortable. Secondary bedrooms could use black out curtains or shades. Upgraded furnishing / bedding / linens would be wise considering the nightly fee. No Keurig. We knew this year to take some of our own items. Nice beach carts and many bikes. We did not use but available. Communication with owner positive. We plan to book again

This was the perfect accommodation for our group of three adults. The location cannot be beat. It is very close to the public beach access that is located in the middle of the beach rather than at one end or another. The JW Marriott tiki bar and restaurant is just steps away on the beach. The house itself is updated with a large kitchen and living area, plus three bedrooms, a study with a fold out couch, two full baths and one half bath. The back porch has a large covered dining table and a heated pool and hot tub. The entire pool area is covered by a screen to keep the bugs away. We enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning. The house is located in a quiet well-manicured neighborhood. We would stay there again. The price was reasonable for such a well-located, well-appointed house. Also, the property manager is very responsive and helpful.

Weeding weekend

Beautiful house, great location

The house was absolutely beautiful, spacious and clean. There is a table out by the pool that easily seats 6 and that is where we spent a majority of our time when home. It's walking distance from the beach and they have beach chairs and a couple of wagons to help tote your stuff to the beach. It is also super close to some great restaurants and stores.

Spring break

We loved the location and the home. A very quick walk or bike ride to the beach. We had plenty of space and would stay here again. We had a few minor hiccups, but Andres was always quick to respond and help.

Lovely Home/Great Owner

This lovely home, offered by Andres & Laura, was one of the nicer homes we have rented on Marco Island. The owners have provided many amenities for a wonderful stay, including fully functional office w/printer; beach toys, wagons, and umbrellas; bicycles; beautiful pool & spa; fully stocked kitchen and large "foldaway" doors leading to the pool. Andres & Laura were ALWAYS quick to respond to our questions. Location is also a plus -- close to restaurants, the public beach and farmers market. There were no shortcomings.

Beautiful February visit

Marco Island weather was outstanding during our stay at 172. Higher than normal temperature allowed us to live in the pool / spa area. Favorite spot. Confused on arrival to cold hot tub but followed owner instructions the spa heated overnight. Heating the spa prior to arrival would be nice. The pool / spa was serviced on Fridays during our stay. **a pool fence in the garage if traveling with children. The primary bedroom king bed was comfortable. Enough pillows in the house that we found our favorites. Primary bathroom has walk in closet. Additional drawers would be helpful. We didn’t use the other two bedrooms. The kitchen / living room area is relaxing. We cooked more than usual for this reason. Home would benefit from two recliners or occasional chairs with ottomans plus labels on light switches. We never did find some lights. 😎 We utilized two of the bicycles. Nice addition. Also took advantage of the beach wagon, chairs and umbrella for one beach day. Reminder: Property did not include use of the garage during our stay. I totally missed that fact. It was my error. Marco Island continued to be a favorite place for us. We found we enjoyed this home more as our trip went on. It is our hope we get to spend more days relaxing at 172.

Great stay at Marco Island

Great place to escape the winter for a few weeks. Home is clean and comfortable. Five-minute walk to beach public access, 10-15 minutes to shops and restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen and outside grill, Apple TV/home entertainment system, and for those needing to work remotely the monitor and printer in the home office are a real bonus.

A lovely stay in this paradise corner

It is extremely rare to find the feeling of being as comfortable than home when one travels. It is what we found. The house came equipped with all needed, from bicycles to beach equipment. The outdoor kitchen and bbq and the pool and spa made us almost want to stay in. But the beach is only an 8 minute walk. After visiting most of Florida last year and this year, outr stay made us realize we have found where we will next look for a winter home. The island is big enough to have all the convenience, but small enough to use the bicycle to go everywhere. We did not have any issues and communicating with Andres was very easy and instant. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great family vacation

We rent a lot of vacation homes and appreciated that the kitchen was one that the owners clearly use - welll supplied with spices and equipment including air fryer, blender,.. mattresses were comfortable and we are picky with our backs. Also loved having a beach wagon and beach supplies and close access to the beach entrance. We appreciated the outdoor space and ate dinner on the patio. Ans soaked in the hot tub. The screened in patio and pool/spa was fantastic to keep bugs out.

Perfect for our family vacation

The home itself is beautiful. We were so appreciative of all the fore thought and detail that Laura and Andres put into it. We had everything we needed for our family, even our one year old. It was a short walk to the beach and the wagons and beach chairs were a perfect addition. They were quick to respond and it was a wonderful set up. We will be renting again! Thank you so much for your hospitality.
