This beautiful 2 queen size bedroom beach house is extremely serene residence with 2 beautiful full bathroom fitted with rain showers. It has been exquisitely build and designed . The villa offers a large outside living room with beautiful kitchen. It has a wide area with the patio that also has a gas grill. This villa holds a view of most breathtaking panoramic sea views! Perched with amazing sunrise view along with fabulous white beach shore that maximizes the great sea breezes. Perfect to entertain Family and Friends. The crystal clear water view will fascinate and give an ultimate relaxation with sound atmosphere in complete privacy just like a Paradise or Heaven on earth.
Further, the charming location offer a 3 minutes walk on a white sandy beach to a restaurant. Interestingly, home service massage offer is on which can further ease the life. Also, you can hire private chef or cook depending upon the preferences.
There is also a large kitchen with a beautiful refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, cooking utensils, plates, etc.

This place is amazing!! The location is perfect and quiet. The beach has the softest sand I’ve ever felt, and it felt like we were on our own private beach.

Beautiful Location, Warm Hospitality

Cornell was incredibly accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. The house was clean and had some thoughtful upgrades—it definitely feels like a personally loved, owner-rented island home that has a few more upgrades in the works. That said, you can not beat the location. The most amazing beach is just steps from the back porch, and watching the sunrise rise straight out of the ocean each morning was absolutely breathtaking. A peaceful and relaxing getaway!

On the brach!

Wonderful. Family of 4, stayed for 10 days. This property is beach front, right on a beautiful beach…clear, blue water, super soft sand..gorgeous! Palm trees with coconuts. There were snorkel and kayaks to use. Resort style beach chairs. Washer and dryer in unit. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. Cornel, the owner was kind. It was about 15 minute drive to the airport and a little over 30 minute drive to George Town (grocery etc).

Literally steps to a beautiful beach!

Casa Del Marjorie is a hidden gem. We have never stayed at a place that was this close to an amazing beach. Cornel, the owner, was terrific. Always available if we needed anything. There are a couple of bars and restaurants within walking distance, so really a great location. We would definitely come back here.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION - PEACE & TRANQUILITY!!

If you are looking for a beautiful sunrise, a stunning beach all to yourself, peace and tranquility, an amazing view, including a bedroom with a view, a kitchen that has all you need, beautifully updated bathrooms, AND a host that is there on a dime IF you had any issues, this is the place to stay!After just spending a week here, we didn't want to leave! What an experience! Just make your coffee and step out the back door onto the nice deck just steps away from the sand/ocean and enjoy the beautiful sunrise. We had all we needed in the kitchen to enjoy our dinners at "home" and enjoyed the tropical breeze with a cocktail at sunset. Kayaks and snorkeling gear were available to use as well. Our host, Cornell had his friend come over and cut down a bunch of coconuts so we had fresh coconut water and a bowl FULL of fresh coconut. It doesn't get better than that. Our only regret is that we didn't realize that Coco Plum beach was only an easy ten minute drive away from the house until the day we were leaving. This is a MUST see at low tide where you can walk for miles on the beautiful sandbar. This was just an added bonus!We would highly recommend staying here and we will return to this beautiful property again. Book it! Enjoy every second...and tell Cornell Donna and Steve sent you! :)

Amazing views of the water

This was so easy and close to the water. I would bet it’s two steps to the beach and and maybe 10 to the water depending on the tide. Cornel is very responsive. He picked up the phone every time I called. We cooked several meals in the updated kitchen.

Paradise

Cornell’s place is amazing! The location was perfect for us! We were the only people on the beach every time we were out there. Cornell was super nice and even took us to the store the first night. I will be back and will definitely consider staying here again if we don’t have more guests.

The property description was spot on. Beautiful and your own private beach. Access right at your fingertips. Had access to kayaks and snorkeling gear as well. Cornell was always very responsive to any needs you might have.

Great Stay

This property is exactly as descibed we had a great 3 night stay place was clean and was well stocked with just what we needed . Couldnt have been at a more beautiful place and it is literally on the most gorgeous beach i have ever seen! It was all possible thanks to our host Cornell made us feel welcomed and safe on the island he even picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. Great stay !

Lovely property just steps away from the Exuma blue water! Cornell was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The house is in the process of some updates but it did not detract from our stay.

Fantastic Time

We had an amazing time! The house is great, it is on one of the most beautiful beaches in Exuma. The views from the kitchen, family, and bedroom are amazing! Cornell was great to work with, he allowed us to check in early and drop our bags. Everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place.

With some needed upgrades this could be a hidden gem!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the house needed some improvements. The view of the water with the sea right outside the back was amazing! Cornel, the property manager was great! He made sure we had everything we needed and stopped by to check on us and to give us information on the island. We felt safe at the house and all over the island. It was very quiet, and we had the entire beach to ourselves. The ice cream shop two doors down was great. As for the house, it was very basic and needed many upgrades such as new patio furniture/indoor couch/beds, door gaps/door handles (falling off), power outlets falling from the wall, AC did not work in one of the bedrooms and the lighting was very bad (most light bulbs were burned out which made it very dark, especially in the indoor shower). Also, when operating the dryer or microwave the lights stopped working or got very dim). The outdoor shower also needed a shower head, it was just a pipe spraying water into the air which made it hard to rinse the sand off. Finally, be very cautious - the mosquitoes were very, very bad. Otherwise, the hammocks, kayaks and back deck during the day were great to have!

Best honeymoon location!

We were looking for remote beach house when we stumbled across this listing. We got just what we were looking for. You basically have oceanfront to yourself, while still having the conveniences of nearby food and drinks. The pictures you see online, are exactly what you'll see in person and the views are spectacular! The host Cornell was so friendly and even showed us around some of the island...not something you'll get staying at one of the resorts. Cornell was very personable and was there quickly when we needed something! You will NOT regret staying here. This trip was unmatched, and we will definitely be returning!!

Looks exactly like the pictures ! For us this was the perfect relaxing vacation. It's a bit far from town, but we didn't mind the drive at all. Beach is absolutely amazing 👏 overall we can't wait to come back.

What a view…

My family spent 5 nights… very clean and comfortable. That view, well that view is amazing! You won’t be disappointed. Cornell is a great host, book with confidence.

Not exactly what is listed

The photos on line are old , I loved the host and this is uncomfortable to say but the house is beat up , not enough dishes or glasses, no outdoor living room as advertised, no fire pit , no grill although we were brought one that we couldn’t use, moldy shower curtain , it was clean but not overly clean. Stains on cabinets in kitchen, bathroom tiles dirty. Outlets not secured to the walls , the house keeper would randomly be on the deck in the morning. The beach was littered with trash. Another local told us this is the rough side of the island. We didn’t swim there our first week , water was too rough and lots of trash. Ripped shower towels. A sponge that was falling apart to use on dishes. Overhead fan/light vent over stove didn’t work. Only 1 mixing bowl . We bought toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap . We lost water ( no one’s fault) for 12 hours. There was also an addition framed , no work was done but again photos on line are old. Most of the restaurants were closed. We spent multiple days at other resorts and beaches We also ended up renting a car , the host had mentioned we could rent from him so we didn’t book one. Ending up costing us an extra $1500. We were coming here to unwind , we travel often and rent homes so that we can have privacy. This place, albeit has a beautiful view, just not what we expected at all. We left a week early, my husband couldn’t stay another week. It’s probably fine for a few days, not 17 days like we booked. I really like Cornell, even brought him Celtics gear, but this place is not accurately advertised. We will not be back to Exuma. It’s a much dirtier island than we expected. I did love the island dogs. Almost took one home!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at casa del Marjorie. Everything was super clean and we felt right at home. Cornell was a wonderful host as well as everyone else we met during our stay. It was a different vacation for us as we have never ventured to far off the beaten path but one are glad we took and will certainly never forget. The views from this place are second to none. We will return hopefully sooner than later

Stunning View

You can’t beat how close you are to the water with a great beach out your back door. While the house is closer to the northern side of the island, the location is quiet with several restaurants within walking distance. The BEST BEACH (IMHO) is Cocoplum Beach which is only a few minutes from this house. Amenities are minimal but pretty much whatever you need, you have access to within the house. Cornell was awesome to work with and helped us with whatever we needed. We can’t wait to go back!
