We are offering a studio apartment close to the beach, bus and downtown Oranjestad. Located in the perfect location for everything Aruba has to offer.

The space
375 SQFT studio apartment in quiet and safe apartment complex with pool. Walking distance to beach, supermarkets and downtown. Bus stop is only 3 minutes walking and the bus will get you almost every where in Aruba.

Apartment is self contained including a kitchen with 4 burner stove with oven, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker and toaster. Bathroom with shower (including hot water). Queen bed, closet, smart TV and free Wi-Fi. This apartment even has a small fully enclosed back porch to add to your privacy.

Our apartment complex has on-site management with concierge services, a pool for you to use, a beautiful Palapa with plenty of seating space and lounge chairs, coin operated washer and dryer and laundry lines.

Upon request we can provide airport pick up service (including drop off) at a cost of $30.

We are simply the best place to stay in Paradise!

In the large wooden trunk, there is snorkel gear, please return after use.
The BBQ grill heats up very fast. There is a grill plate that you can cook directly on.
If you happen to put food waste in the garbage can please ensure that you empty this in the dumpster outside the gate to avoid “garbage small” in the common area.
For the enjoyment of all our guests we would ask that:
•Quiet time is between 10pm and 8 am
•If you smoke - please empty your ashtray in the toilet by the laundry lines (and FLUSH!)
•Please return the common area as you found it.
