Strolling the grounds of this low-rise property, you'll discover tropical gardens, two pools (the lower pool is heated), a pool spa, tennis courts, and barbecue areas. Comfortably and elegantly furnished, this home provides many perks that include free high-speed WiFi, free cable TV, a DVD player, a washer/dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen. In-room safes are available. The spacious lanai offers spectacular views and a true taste of Hawaiian living.

Stay away

The place itself is cute, but very much neglected by its owners. The furniture and decor is very dated, and the carpet and furniture is absolutely disgusting, it should have been replaced 20 years ago, we’ve checked in and checked out very next day. If you don’t mind the filth, it’s a great location and unit itself is functional.

Our family of 4 stayed at this condo for 11 nights. We are just glad we didn’t spend much time in it. The owner of it obviously doesn’t care at all. Light fixtures didn’t work and wall plugs didn’t work either. Dishwasher is a health hazard. I don’t think it has ever been cleaned. We didn’t use it, we just washed my hand. Water pressure is horrible. Washer and dryer sound like they are about to die at any moment. There are nails sticking out of the carpet which are really fun to find with bare feet. The carpet is very dingy. Cockroaches under EVERYTHING. The 2 twin beds have pee guards on them, which I get and is fine but when the pee guards have pee stains on them maybe they should be changed. Slept on the floor. there’s no beach chairs or anything of the sort to use. I know they aren’t required to supply but every other condo rental I’ve used has had them. Ice maker in the freezer doesn’t work. No cable T.V (I know….who watches t.v on vacation). Also a couple old school VHS movies that don’t even work anyway. Air conditioner in lower bedroom doesn’t work very well at all. The kitchen is VERY UNDER stocked. Whatever the minimum is for a kitchen it’s well below that. Most mugs have the handles broken off. There is about 5 forks and two( sharp) knives. If you want to take meat to the grill for dinner, forget it. Nothing to take it there in. All in all this place needs an overhaul. Best to keep scrolling. You’ll find much better for your money. The resort itself is very nice.

Garbage disposal smell

The property was great comfortable beds but the garbage disposal smelled of rotting fish and it would stink up the entire condo all day when we would leave. It could be smelled all night by our friend sleeping on the pull out couch. The twin beds joined nicely for one couple to have a king size bed. Can comfortably fit 6

Great location, decent amenities

Right by a boat drop off and not far from a park and beach. This upstairs condo has a pretty good view from the balcony. There were plenty of grills available on the shared property and the shared pool was nice as well. This condo was pretty clean when we arrived, but we quickly found there were quite a few ants in the bathrooms and kitchen. Water pressure wasn't that good, but AC units kept the condo nice and cool. The ice machine in the freezer didn't work. The upstairs TV has Roku, and the downstairs TV has an HDMI port. Everything else worked as expected, and management was very quick to supply traps for the ants. Thanks!

Condo as-advertised

The condo looks as-advertised and is located in a neat complex close to the swimming pool. The beaches are technically walkable though with small children, we ended up driving. The unit itself has a functional layout and fulfilled most basic needs, but it was lacking in some ways. First, the unit was quite dirty with dust visible in many areas, and aged carpeting throughout. The patio and patio furniture were also dirty enough to mark our clothing when we sat down. Second, the kitchen was VERY minimally stocked and lacked basic necessities. The ice maker was not functional; there were two ice trays but one was cracked and leaked. The knives were extremely dull and dangerous, and the non-stick pans were very aged and chipped. There were no food storage containers. The tap water had a taste to it and the unit lacked a water filter so we ended up purchasing drinking water at the market. In all, we felt that the unit was worth its value but we would not choose to stay again.

Overall we had a great time during our trip to Maui. The location was decent, it is about a 10 min walk to the beach. We were there mid March and after 2 days of being there we were instructed to return to our home country. Unable to get a flight we stayed 9 out of our 10 days. We were really happy to have a safe place to sleep at night. It was very quiet and the building area and pool area were kept very clean and are nice. That being said the condo unit itself is very very tired and old. * kitchen is VERY low stocked. Sure,there are enough glasses but had to serve pineapple in a pot and NO storage containers etc...... * master bed was broken (My husband fixed it) *Very gross broom and no dust pan *Bugs in kitchen *Dishwasher fell apart (my husband also fixed that!) *Fan in main area was broken (Also fixed that) *Plastic sheets on the two single bed. As much as I can appreciate the cleanliness of that it was impossible to sleep on. My kids sleep on the floor!!! * The patio furniture is Very old and dirty. * There is NO beach chairs, umbrella, toys, 2 small beach towels. All of this is fine but it should DEFINITELY reflect in the price. Unfortunately we won’t be staying at this place again. Condo is spaces enough to accommodate up to six adults thought there is four of us. All beds are comfortable, plenty of clean towels and beach towels but bathroom amenities is limited only soap is provided. Furniture little outdated we don`t mind places is kept quite clean. About 15 mins walks to shop and restaurants if you don`t mind walking. Excellent location - 500 steps to a fantastic snorkeling/boogie boarding beach and directly across from a beautiful pool. Excellent, clean condo facility with 2 pools and lots of bbqs. The management company sometimes took a while to answer emails or when I phoned about concerns. Extremely well supplied for kitchen, towels, bedding, and the beach. (beach umbrella, boogie boards, snorkeling, beach mats - although we mostly brought out own it looked like there was anything you could want. The bugs in the kitchen on arrival (big congregation in sink) I attributed to previous unclean tenants. We kept every bit of food in the fridge or freezer and never left a dirty dish out of the dishwasher for more than 5 minutes. This seemed to keep the bugs at bay.(The management said bugs were likely due to recent heavy rains...) `This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.`
