Maui Banyan Q410 - Ocean View, King Bed, Across The Street From Kamaole Beach!

E Komo Mai to our luxury two bedroom unit with a partial ocean view from the lanai. This unit is located in South Kihei, which is on the southwest side of Maui, an easy drive to nearly all of Maui’s landmarks and outdoor activities. Kamaole II Beach is right across the street from the Resort and offers excellent swimming, snorkeling, white sand and gorgeous sunset views.

The unit is located in the Maui Banyan Q Building on the 4th floor and close to shopping, dinning, public transport, golfing and Wailea. This spacious unit is the perfect unit for families or couples traveling together, with the unique ability to close off the second bedroom as a private suite. The 2nd bedroom, has two full size beds, small refrigerator, a coffee maker, it's own walk-in shower and a private lanai. Fully equipped kitchen and AC in the living room and both bedroom.

While you dine on your balcony, enjoy the partial ocean view. This exquisite condo is awaiting for your vacation! Enjoy surfing, swimming, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, snorkeling, golfing, and the beauty of Maui.

Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels and a cooler are provided for our guests use.

Resort features: 2 pools, 2 Jacuzzis, gas BBQ's, tennis court and parking.

The condo was in a great location. It came with everything we needed. Only thing i would say about the condo is the master bed was very uncomfortable. Beautiful grounds and amenties. Kids absolutely loved the pool.

Fantastic Updated Unit with above average AC and patio

We have stayed in a few Maui Banyan units which are all fantastic access to the pool with grills, parking garage, kamoel sands beach 2, and local Kihei shops. This unit has tons of space, is relatively updated, and has fantastic quiet air conditioning units in each room. We had a great stay with our family of 5 and would easily come back.

Our vacation at the condo was great! The location was perfect between the beaches, pools, groceries, excursions and restaurants. The place was extremely clean, beds comfortable and it was stocked with everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this to others looking!

Great space in a great spot

The space is well used. Furnishings aren't fancy, but are well kept. The location is excellent. Snorkeling is a short walk away. Anke was super responsive to the questions we had. We are very satisfied guests.

Awesome location

The unit is a end unit and positioned perfectly to enjoy your coffee in the morning and what the sunrise and either enjoy the sunset from lanai or walk to beach to enjoy. Within walking distance to beaches, shopping and restaurants. One of the 2 pools is right behind the building. All and all great location and worth the price!

Beautiful 4th floor condo with great ocean view from the spacious lanai. Clean and spacious bedrooms. Well stocked modern kitchen. Centrally located, close to many activities, restaurants, and across from a popular beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back!

Great location

The property was very clean and check-in was easy. We loved the location; across the street from a beautiful swimming beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The view from the balcony was better than expected. The property provided beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler but no boogie boards. The only thing we didn’t like was the doors between the master bedroom and the living room were glass giving almost no privacy. Opaque doors would be better in this location. Overall it was a very nice property in a great location and we would stay there again.

Very nice unit and building

The lay out of the room was perfect for our family. Lots of great beach equipment, good appliances and a great view. Very quiet location close to the pool also made the kids happy. The check in and check out process was very simple. Anke was very proactive on all communications. Would recommend to any small family.

Overall a great location but unit and property need some updates.

We enjoyed the location and the size of the unit, however the unit looked worn and had areas on the walls where patching was started and not finished. Along with fairly basic interior and updates needed on the property it seemed overpriced for what it was.

Great Location. Excellent facilities

Fourth floor 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen and 2 balconies with views of Haleakala and the pacific. Beach just across the street. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Facility has pool with outdoor grills and a tennis court. Parking garage present. Loved it. Loved Maui.

Great place to stay!

We had an awesome vacation in Kihei and our stay at this condo definitely contributed! The unit was very clean and had a lot of space for our family. The supplies for the beach were great and put to good use! I would definitely stay here again! The location is within walking distance of a lot of different restaurants, shops and beaches. The assigned parking space was nice too! Having the two different pools made it so the pools weren’t crowded. Overall this was an excellent place to stay. Highly recommended!!!

Quiet, beautiful condo

The condo was near the back of the property so it was very quiet,away from the road noise. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. And the landscaping was so lush we felt like we were further away from the town. Yet the beach was just across the street and stores and restaurants were just a few minutes walk away. Anke was quick to answer any questions that we had and very welcoming. We would definitely stay there again

Beyond expectation

Prime location in Kihei. You can walk to several beaches and many restaurants and shops. The property is equipped with almost everything you need for the beach: chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. Anke responded quickly in our calls though some of the issues we told her just for her information and most of them are not urgent. Thank you Anke!

Nice clean accommodations

Nice clean condo, exactly as described. Property is very strict about anyone outside of their rooms at 10 pm Property itself- I Wouldn’t recommend for families who want to sit and chat or swim late. Security guard was unfriendly and would stand and announce every minute until closing. Not good for kids, but nice for older adults and seniors.

Very disappointing

I’m SHOCKED by all the good reviews of this property. It was very disappointing. This condo is set very far back in the complex making a walk to the beach very long, if you are carrying anything it’s not walkable. The “view” of the ocean is a teeny sliver mostly obscured by a very ugly parking garage. The “private” suite is anything but private - the master bedroom is closed off from the living room by glass doors that didn’t even close all the way (this private bedroom was the ONLY reason I chose this property). This property is definitely not suitable for multiple families or families with older kids. The whole condo was dingy at best. The beds were ancient, the couch belongs on the curb. The one bathroom was horribly dated, door didn’t close all the way and the shower curtain was filthy. The other bathroom was decent. The hot water heater produces about enough hot water for 3 people to shower quickly, that’s it. The dryer DOES NOT WORK. I see reviews from fall of last year stating this yet the property continues to be marketed with a washer and dryer. The grounds were decent but the building, hallways, stairwells and balcony were horribly shabby, dirty and OLD. To top it off- The condo had bugs in the sink and I left with a number of suspicious bites. Anke was responsive to the couple additional issues we had that were solvable and the condo was decently stocked. Thankfully we spent very little time here or I probably would have looked for another condo.

We are surprised to read about your concerns about the quality of the building/unit because so far guests have been very satisfied with the Maui Banyan. The building/units get treated regularly through pest control and they have been for sure no bugs in our unit. Washer and Dryer is working properly according to the cleaning company as well as our service person. As you can see there are no complains from the next guests either. We are sorry that the Maui Banyan/unit did not meet your expectation and recommend to take a better look at the listing photos/description next time before you book so you know about the location etc. Although the stay did not meet your full satisfaction, we would be very happy to welcome you again at one of our units one day. 1st family vacation in years.

This property was everything it promised. We wish the washer & dryer worked a bit better but it did the job, just slow drying. Perhaps adding dish clothes and dish towels would have been helpful but we managed. We would all come back to stay here again and Hope to in the future. ALOHA🌞🌴🍹⛱️🌊

Excellent stay

Great location to beach, pool, tennis courts, and walkable to restaurants. The unit is clean and beds are comfortable. We didn’t cook but noticed it’s well equipped with everything you need. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended

This property is a great location! The patio is a nice shady spot in the afternoon with a view of the beach. The place is clean and spacious with chairs, an umbrella and a small cooler for the beach! Host was great and quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend for families!
