Choose from oceanfront views, ocean views, or garden views. The one and two-bedroom Sugar Beach Resort condos are all perfectly suited to your home-away-from-home Maui vacation. All Sugar Beach Resort Maui condos feature a private lanai, a fully-equipped kitchen, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and all the resort amenities you’d expect from the best hotels.

Great location and in room amenities (beach equipment, kitchen ware, etc). Easy check in/out. 4th time staying at this complex, and would stay in this room again.

Great Place

Recommend kitchen upgrade. A bit difficult to chop things on the short counter top. Hard to fit things in cupboards. Since they are not deep. Otherwise the amenities in unit were great. Purchase water filter for next guest.Thank you for allowing us to stay in this unit

Ocean front condo is wonderful!

Being able to walk outside the sliders and be feet from the beach was awesome! The condo is neat and clean, plenty of kitchen amenities like fun glassware, lots of plates and bowls, cookware and so much more. Nice space for 2 people. I would definitely rent this again!

Lovely spot in Maui

We booked #118 because it was ground floor and it did not disappoint. It was lovely to enjoy the sound of the waves in the shade of the lanai for both breakfast and dinner. It was great to be able to drop beach toys and water shoes off at the lanai after rinsing them without having to cart them through the condo when we came back in through the front door. Parking was great. The kitchen was well stocked and everything in the condo worked well. We enjoyed the pool every evening, although the temperature fluctuated a lot from one evening to the next, and the hot tub jets didn’t work sometimes. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The water was murky so we needed to go to other beaches for snorkelling but overall a great place to stay.

Great stay

Good central location to all destinations. Great views of the sunset. Great beach access. Plenty of towels and beach gear. We cooked for 2 nights and all our mornings. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of soap provided for dishes and laundry. Bed was comfortable and AC works great. Would highly recommend.

Great location

We enjoyed staying at Sugar Beach. We felt we were in the middle of everything. We were looking to stay in an area that was away from the large tourist hotels. Great place for the price and we were right on the beach!

We had such a relaxing time here! The sound of the waves was so relaxing! Place was clean and comfortable! The star gazing was fun to do on a night walk on the beach! We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Good and Bad

The bed and bedding was very good, best stocked kitchen we’ve had, close to bar b q grills. Toilet wouldn’t flush, so we had to lift lid off tank and pull chain by hand for 2 weeks! Despite having repairman come twice to fix it

Beautiful beach front living

Simply great to open your patio doors and walk less than 20metres to the beach. Highly recommended to book beach front condos if you with children as the grass area out front (just before you hit the sand makes a fantasy playground.

Doesn’t Get Any Better Than This!

We absolutely loved staying in this condo! Waking up each morning and walking outside, and you are at the beach- merely yards away! The location was fabulous, well equipped, cute decor and comfy bed! Would definitely recommend and stay again! The only downside was we happened to pick a week that the pool was being worked on and was in-accessible. Really can’t complain, however because the ocean was a great place to swim!

Beautiful!

We loved our stay at this perfect condo. Fully stocked home, nice accommodations, best views ever! We will definitely be staying here again. We felt very safe and it’s the perfect location for wherever on the island you plan to be. Short drive to Wailea and Lahaina.

Wonderful condo to stay in. Only had 1 beach towel for 2 people. Upper unit's doors very rough openning, could hear below them all the time they used them. Would rent this unit again.

Beautiful area and all we needed

It was the perfect location with everything we could have needed or wanted. The only thing I would recommend is a very deep cleaning of the shower and the shower door. But if that's all it was I can't complain due to price and location!

Perfect ocean view

Really well supplied condo—dishes, utensils, decorative vases, boogie board, beach chairs and umbrella. The supplies for dishwasher, laundry and toilet paper were not adequate for 11 days. However the welcome basket was lovely. Wi-Fi, free telephone calling to Canada was great. We enjoyed the suite very much and it’s perfect location next to pool and BBQ. This felt like a home! Thank you!

Overall great!

Overall it’s a great spot with beautiful oceanfront views with no complaints there, but the bathroom would benefit from a bit of updating. Otherwise the condo has everything you need for a nice little Maui vacation :)
