Best Time EVER for twins 5yos!

The calm sound side was perfect for the lazy days and just minutes from the gulf side for the longer beach days. The covered and screened patio had the best view and enough seating for all. The additional space was ideal for my older son and his gf. Perfect long weekend getaway!

We love that we were able to let our kids safely go play in the bay at Low and High tied because of how consistent the depth was. Private beach makes it worth it. The neighbors are exceptionally sweet and they were so kind our entire stay! Pointing out dolphins for the littles, and giving the teens some memories. Would stay here again 10000%

Great location for family with small children

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 3 children under 3 and it was great being able to setup chairs, umbrellas and toys and just leaving them out for the whole stay. The screen porch was great for the family to gather to visit and eat especially when the children were napping. The one thing I would recommend is not to put family with small children who nap in the bonus room. That is where the washer and dryer is and you can’t use that time for catching up on laundry. I will have to say that the porch was my favorite spot of the whole house. The house was the most rustic place we have ever rented.

Short walk to the beach and bayside right out the backdoor. It was good for our family. The kitchen is very well equipped to cook. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms are good. The second living space for the teens was most helpful. We enjoyed the deck and sea wall more than anything. Screened in porch for the grandbaby to enjoy outside time without the bugs!You will need drinking glasses. The house supply is good but all glass and we were very nervous about breakage. The kitchen is well-stocked with kitchen needs, but pack seasonings, oil, sugar, etc. The skillets, serving containers and bake ware were outstanding. This house is managed by a company. Call them and confirm your key pick up location which should be Pensacola. Check in is at 5pm and they close at 6pm so that was a tough timeline with July 4 traffic. Check out is the easiest I've ever had with a VRBO.

Loved the outdoor screened in porch and Sunsets. Only negative was that my husband and I stayed in the efficiency apartment and there are no vents or fans in the bathroom and once you take a shower its hot and sticky when you get out and also feel like there should be a full length mirror somewhere for a women to get ready at in the efficiency apartment. Also outdoor grill worked but not real well and there was plenty of propane. Feel like the grill is just corroded from the sea air.The Full Time next door neighbors Ron and Dale are real sweethearts. We enjoyed visiting with them.All in all would definitely stay again!

Just being honest.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It pains me to give this review. But this is the third time you have asked for a review. So here it goes. The good and the not so good:It has the basic needs of cleanliness, and two coffee makers. The covered patio on the water is the best thing about this home. My besties and I enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning on the porch. It was lovely. The linens and towels were clean, as is the home itself. But...and here is where it hurts to say, if you're looking for a beach house, this isn't it. It is in desperate need of updating, from the bedspreads to the outdated posters/artwork on the walls. The term Mid-Century Modern is deceiving. It is not modern, but antiquated. We didn't even use part of the home. No one wanted to stay in that part. I'm so sorry to be brutally honest.

Great family vacation!

We had such a wonderful stay! We were in town for my brother's wedding and everyone was so jealous of this great property we were staying at. The bay was nice and calm for my 2 kids under 4. The home was a perfect size for our family and my friend loved having his own entrance to his space away from the kids haha! Would highly recommend.

Great location and property

This was the perfect spot for our family trip. Separate spaces for different family members. Everything we needed. Private beach area was great for my 5 year old niece and calm water for her to play. Walking distance to the gulf side beach.

The screened in porch in the back on the water and the small beach are so enjoyable on a sunny warm day. It’s also a quick walk across the street to gorgeous Pensacola Beach. We’ll equipped kitchen - everything we needed to make any meal was there and clean. Plenty of room to spread out, especially with the attached guest house. Very quiet neighborhood during our stay. Two minor issues were the inability to get hot water in the primary bath’s shower and the TV in the living room seems to be limited in apps (We were there for Super Bowl weekend). Neither of these impacted our stay and we would absolutely love to stay there again. Highly recommend!

Quiet Oasis Near All the Action

The property was perfect for our family getaway. The open kitchen/living area connects to a wonderful screened outdoor porch with spectacular views. The bathroom for the twin bedrooms can be closed off from the living area for privacy and the separate side suite was a nice feature. Well-appointed furniture added a luxurious touch. The sandy beach area at the rear of the property with a fire pit was perfect for staying put (maybe we’ll bring a hammock next time!). Ocean beach access was a short walk across the street. Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing stay on the bay

Our favorite feature of this house was the huge screened in porch and second was our own calm beach just steps away. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils needed to cook or grill meals at home. I will keep this place on this list of places to stay in Pensacola.

It was a wonderful place everything was very well thought out. But we were not happy with all the construction that was going on on both sides of us. That’s some thing that we should’ve been told, because we got woken up very early in the morning every day.
