Outstanding location, very convenient to Downtown Pensacola, Navarre Beach, and short drives to Elgin and NSA Pensacola. Plethora of restaurants nearby, would recommend the Pointe, Golf Club Restuarant/Pub for some great steaks. Rooms were well apportioned and decorated, comfortable beds and linens. Onsite laundry made the long stay enjoyable. Easy check in and out, excellent rapport with host, Wayne, Everything was above board, making it a stellar location for those having business or just a well deserved vacation in Gulf Breeze.

Enjoyed our stay. Property was clean. Pool had some dead algae that had been treated a couple days before bc of surrounding trees. Called host. He had someone there taking care of it early next morning. Would definitely stay at the property again.

The host, Wayne, was responsive to questions. This is the cleanest property we have ever stayed at. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The pool is a huge plus. It would be nice to pay an option to heat it about 10 degrees more. Even on a sunny day it was too cool to get in. We will definitely use again.

Perfect vacation house

Emerald waves was a perfect house for our group!!! Four adults, 2 teens, and a toddler. The weather could've been warmer, but we made the best of it!!! Wayne keeps the pool nice and warm so we were still able to enjoy it!!! Great location, house had every amenity you could think of!!! We had a wonderful time and made a lot of great memories in Pensacola Beach!!!

Our stay

The house was located in a safe/family friendly neighborhood which was awesome! They have everything you need! They even had chairs/toys for the beach! The only problem was that the pool water was too cold to swim in. The weather was nice and I thought the water would have been warmer. It just bummed my kids out that they couldn't swim.

July 2024 Family Vacation

We loved our stay Emerald Waves Hideaway. The house was very clean. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and conveniently located with restaurants and grocery stores within a close distance. The property owner always responded quickly to any questions/emails. We especially enjoyed lazy evenings by the pool. We highly recommend staying here and would stay again if we are ever in the area.

Great house

The house was great, 10 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants nearby. The kids and the adults loved the pool and the game room. Would recommend to anyone interested in a trip to Pensacola.

Close to everything in a safe quiet neighborhood

I truly enjoyed my stayed at the home. Communication was smooth. I loved that the TV remotes all worked with each TV, it made it easy when a tv remote died during our trip. No complaints. The pool and game room was the highlight of our stay. Everything was clean and provided amenities like ice cooler, chairs, umbrellas and toys for the beach!

Spring break vacation

We had a wonderful time at the property as the house/pool/game room were perfect for our family. When we arrived the pool heater was not working and the pool water was cold, but as soon as we told Wayne, he had someone over the next day to address the issue promptly and were able to enjoy both the pool and surrounding aria of Gulf Breeze/Pensacola. For anyone traveling with kids/teens we highly recommend this property, thanks!

Perfect work-cation

This is a nicely appointed home in a quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes from Pensacola Beach. The pool was perfect and being able to link my computer to the tv on the lanai made it possible for me to watch my work conference while being with my daughter as she swam. My 16yo son loved having his own room with smart tv where he could escape from his parents. 😁 Wayne responded promptly to communication and offered suggestions for nearby beaches. This is an FYI only…bring your own baggies, aluminum foil, etc. The kitchen was nicely stocked with seasonings and we managed just fine with the pans that are provided. 💯 recommend and hope to stay again in the future!

Beautiful house, great location and the host communicated well and quickly! The house is roomy with plenty of beds for a large family and extra seats for dining also. Location is ideal - great little, quiet neighborhood, but close to restaurants and stores.

Great location and fun property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emerald Waves! The heated pool and game room were a big hit with our kids. We loved having space for the in-laws to join us too. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The location was great to visit both downtown Pensacola and Pensacola Beach. The neighborhood was quiet and well decorated at Christmas! We will definitely stay here again when we visit the area.

Family vacation

We stayed at the Emerald Waves Home 08/5/23 thru 08/12/23. Prior to our trip we contacted our host with numerous questions and he was always pleasant on the phone, answered our questions and even sent us pictures of the high chair and pack n play. The house definitely met all our needs; it is very clean, spacious, comfortable and well stocked with bath towels, toiletries and the kitchen had lots of dishes, utensils, etc. The pool was everybodies favorite place and we spent mornings, afternoons and evenings playing in the water. It was a very hot week while we there so the pool and ocean were our go to places. If we are ever in the Pensacola area we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a very fun vacation and being our home away from home!

Exactly as described, excellent communication as needed with owner, pool is amazing! It was nice to be so close to the zoo, Naval museum and beach….and not have to deal with being around a ton of people in a hotel or share our pool. Highly recommend!

Central Location to Many Forms of Entertainment

The house itself was very open and friendly. The natural lighting and layout were comforting. It was clean, felt secure, and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The host was very accessible and helpful, extremely quick to respond, and greatly accommodating. The location is very central to Pensacola to the north and the beaches and entertainment to the south. Only a 35-minute drive to the military bases and airport, and well off the beaten path. My family and I would definitely stay again and we look forward to our next visit.

Wonderful

Property was as described, the home was very clean and has everything we needed plus some. We did not get to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked due to the weather so we took advantage of all the board games. The area is close to multiple attractions but the neighborhood was quiet. The communication with the property manager was great as well. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again the next time we are in the area.

Cozy home

My family and I loved our stay at Emerald Waves Hideaway! This home is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood close to many stores and restaurants. And most importantly a quick drive to the beaches. This home was equipped with everything from kitchenware, towels, games, puzzles to laundry detergent and shampoo/conditioner. Plenty of beds and multiple areas for dining. My family and I enjoyed the swimming pool, and loved the additional tv on the patio. This home was perfect in every way possible. We would love to stay here again in the future.
