These statement are not true At this time of year, the lawn get cut biweekly and was not very long grass..up to their knee? not serious! The pool get also clean weekly but sometime leaves can get on the pool with the wind The second bedroom Is Not in the laundry room, and is the room with the 2 singles bed next to the second bathroom.( as show in the listing) We have installed a bonus double bed with tv and games were is the laundry room , this is mentioned in the listing. Both bathroom have vents We had an issue with the water since 130,000 gallons of water was used in 3 weeks ( that’s not normal) but I fix it right away and it took barely 20minutes. I always respond very quickly to all communication and did call her back right away, however she was confuse and thinking she was talking to VRBO, she probably never Talk to VRBO because they never contacted me. The dishwasher was working so maybe they did not know how to used it, In regard of her complaint about the code , it does not make sense since I told her when she booked my home, that she will received the code in the morning of the checkin, since I don’t give the code until the other guest checkout and I did send her the code at 11 am that morning and while the checkin is normally at 3 pm I told her they could checkin earlier. After they were in the house I reached out to her and she told me that everything was good and they like the home. So it is very surprising to received these comments The pictures on the listings is very accurate And the house is in a quiet neighborhood, with private fence backyard with a pool. We have 2 bedrooms , 2 baths plus that bonus room with additional bed, kitchen, dining room a Sun room , 4 TV’s parking and for the price, it’s a very good deal. Most of my guests really enjoyed the home and the location. We also have an heated pool so very nice in the winter time. Please read other reviews.
