Welcome to Hutt Haven! This charming canal front, 3-bedroom, 2-bath private pool home is nestled on a cul-de-sac and offers pure serenity.

Upon entering the home, you will find an open concept floor plan with tiled floors running throughout. The living room has two couches with an adjoining coastal-themed day chair and a Curved Smart TV. Adjacent, you will find the kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops and all stainless-steel appliances. The dining table overlooks the pool and can accommodate up to four comfortably.

The spacious master bedroom has a queen-size bed and plenty of dresser and closet space for your personal belongings. The ensuite bathroom has a gorgeous vanity with an amber vessel sink. There is a walk-in shower with a detachable showerhead. Down the hall, you will find the second bedroom, which has a queen-size bed and plenty of space to relax after a long day by the pool. Adjacent is the second bathroom that has an updated dual vanity with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with queen-size mattress on the bottom and full-size on the top, a chair, and plenty of closet space at the end of the hallway.

Through the sliding glass doors off the dining room, you will find your outdoor paradise. This airconditioned lanai has an outdoor dining table that can accommodate up to six, with a TV and a Roku stick to stream your favorite shows easily. There are also four Adirondack chairs with two side tables. The caged-in, free-formed pool boasts gorgeous views of the canal. There are two Adirondack chairs by the pool for you to enjoy that Florida sunshine all day long.

The backyard is giant and is the perfect location for family gatherings. Share a hotdog with the neighborhood egrets and wood storks or cast a line and catch the day's fish right from the backyard!

The laundry room is located in the garage.

Furry friends welcome, max 2 pets, and require a $50 per pet non-refundable pet fee to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed.
