Walk just one block to 16th Street Mall (free shuttel), downtown Denver’s busiest dining and shopping district. You're close, but not too close to everything. Building includes a weight room, shuffle board, pool table, large BBQ area, sauna, steam room, tennis court, basketball court, & hand ball court. (indoor pool and hot tub are currently closed for renovation.)

The building requires a lease for all rentals, so the renter will need to sign a short lease for any rental. The minimum rental period for this unit is one month.

Owner is not liable for any personal items left behind from your stay. If any thing is left we will do our best to recover them, however, there will be a charge of $30 to cover shipped costs (prices may vary for large items/large shipping costs).

Unit is non smoking and the building has a major fine for any tampering of the fire detector. (Renter is responsible for all fines.)

Items to start the rental are only provided at the beginning of the rental (soap, TP, paper towels, etc.).
