Hermoso sótano recién terminado tiene entrada privada. Cuenta con dos hermosas habitaciones con un baño. Cada habitación tiene una cama queen. Además, en la sala de estar, hay un sofá cama para dormir extra. Tiene cocina con gran refrigerador, comedor y sala de estar con televisión inteligente. es hermoso y te encantará. El estacionamiento está en la calle. zona muy segura, cerca de restaurantes y centro comercial

NO 420 FRIENDLY AROUND THE HOUSE. Sorry I have eczema and we do have little kids too. But you can smoke one blokes away from the house by the carwash
parking is on the street in front of the house. by the tree we only have one parking spot. For a second car is one block away . but it is not far.
After you use the dirty towels please put it in the basket. not on a bed making the bed wet. because we might have another gust coming the same day.

Not Exactly What I Expected

I absolutely hate leaving these type reviews, but I do feel like people should 100% know the property they are renting. I do feel like the hosts try to make the stay accommodating, but the property was not what I was expecting . Check in & out was easy. But upon arriving and entering the rental had an overwhelming smell of food. It was almost an old pizza smell. This odor did not go away, we had to spray Lysol multiple times a day to try and eliminate the smell(8 nights) Overall the property was tidy, but not what I call clean. Light fixtures, walls, door knobs were VERY dirty, even looked like blood in areas. To the point I bought cleaning supplies and wiped down all services including counter tops. The kitchen area was very dingy & I did not feel comfortable using any of the dishes. I did wash and use one pan with a sponge I purchased. To some it maybe fine, it was just not my idea of clean or maintained. The parking…we were given one spot to park, but on multiple occasions there were so many cars parked in the street that we had almost no where to park. That amount of cars & people parked everywhere was overwhelming. I messaged the host to ensure I was ok parking at the neighbors, but it took them almost 24 hours to respond. With being in the basement I was prepared for noise. But the amount of noise & screaming was beyond what I expected. The majority of disruption being around 6 am and after 9 pm. Again, I believe the hosts tried, it was just not what I expected.

A great stay

The place was comfortable. Did not know there were stairs or else wouldn’t have booked there. It was in a beautiful neighborhood that was charming and quiet.

It is a great place to stay.

Staying here was great. Everything was as described. Very clean, comfortable, quiet. Space is large and the location is great. Easy access to the freeways and close to stores/shopping. We were very pleased and the host was great.

Don't judge a book by its cover!

Initially, I was excited by this property's location because of its close proximity to everything I needed during my 7-day stay. It was a dream come true, until it became a nightmare! The description of this property was not fully disclosed. The listing did not state that the rental space was in the basement of the house shown in the picture and the fact that a family, including a 1-year-old infant lives onsite, was not mentioned. The noise level from the residents above was undeniably disruptive! Also, access required walking down 10 steps to the rental space, which was NOT conducive to ANYONE with mobility or health issues. My companion, a 77-year-old male was unexpectedly challenged with the steps! The word, HORRIFIED does not adequately describe the lack of cleanliness and germs we were exposed to - the doors, knobs, walls and switches were filthy! The cleaning fee that's being charged for this place is a rip off. If you're looking for a quiet, clean "beautiful place to stay" I personally would recommend looking elsewhere!

Okay for the price

This was a decent place to stay for the price, but with a few major caveats: 1) overwhelming smell of air freshener, 2) not the smoothest communication with the host, 3) you can hear the host walking around in the house upstairs, sometimes late at night, 5) walls, cupboards, etc. pretty dingy, 4) the host entered the downstairs apartment during the day, while I was in the shower. In fairness, she was bringing a fan (appreciated), but I feel pretty strongly that she should have left it outside the apartment and sent a message via the app. She did not seem to have much respect for guest privacy.

Perfect accommodations

This rental is wonderful with a very reasonable price. My friend and I came to Denver for the NHRA races on the same weekend as Taylor Swift. All hotels were outrageously priced. We were very fortunate to find this rental. Everything exceeded our expectations. The owner was in constant communication with us and the apartment was equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable weekend. It is located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood I would highly recommend it.

Wonderful safe location for family stay

We spent the week in the area playing travel softball. During our stay the place was setup to provide everything we needed. Talking with some of our other travel ball parents we felt very lucky to be staying in such a nice and safe neighborhood. Great STAY!!!!

Needed a home between moving

Clean, well organized and out together everything they needed was there. Parking is a bit complicated for more than one car but I believe we got it worked out. We thank you for your hospitality during our stay.

Quiet & Private Basement Suite

A good spot for our stay. Comfortable, private and very quiet - hardly ever heard a sound from upstairs. Host checked in on our comfort during a short spell of cold weather. Close to the tollway for convenient access to downtown Denver.

Quiet and quaint basement apartment in Aurora

Property was easy to locate, close to downtown Denver and super cozy! A home away from home, with pretty much anything you could need. Apartment stayed nice and cold, which we really enjoyed but if you tend to get chilly, I recommend packing some sweats to lounge in!

Spacious and accomodating

Great location, apartment size, and amenities for the price. Clean bedding and good shower pressure/heat. Clear instructions and communication from the owner, who brought down a new microwave when the built in stopped working on us. The negatives were manageable for us...the owner seemed overly strict about parking under the tree with front bumper right against the mouth of the driveway. I parked under the tree and against the curb as asked, but was sent a message to fix my parking. I moved the car up a foot or two then he seemed happy. Its a very open street area. Despite the small miscommunications we really enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect location to see all Colorado as to offer!

The property was nice

The living area was nice and the neighborhood was very clean. I will probably never use VRBO again for work because I have to turn in a receipt to be reimbursed but the receipt has to show how I paid for the lodging and VRBO would not put the last four of the credit card number that was used on the receipt. Even after speaking with them on the phone and explaining the situation they refused to put anything on the receipt that showed how I paid for it.

Aurora, CO long weekend

We stayed for a long weekend to visit our son who lives in Aurora. It was nice to have a kitchen so we could make meals. My only wish would be that the unit had an oven. I also didn't realize we were staying in the basement of a house, so it felt a little claustrophobic not having windows or seeing the outside. But because we didn't spend a lot of time there, just to eat, shower, sleep, it was ok for 4 nights. It also would be nice if we could control the AC. It was controlled by the main house and there were times it was really cold. But all in all, it was nice, clean and in a quiet neighborhood.
