Just perfect! Super easy check-in, extremely clean, fantastic location. Very quiet neighborhood and very comfortable beds. Full stocked kitchen. Nearby beaches were our haven for the week. I would highly recommend Fabiana's getaway!

A wonderful Cape Cod getaway

We had an amazing time staying at this wonderful house. The house is clean, cozy and everything you need is there for your convenience. We loved the fact that every room was equipped with a sizable TV so that every family member could watch their own show. We loved the spacious backyard that offered ample room for soccer playing and badminton. We loved the grill and outdoor fire place. We hope to come back here again next year!

Great house

This house was great. Definitely recommend and looking forward to returning. Great communication with host. Highlights: immaculate; central air; fire pit; private yard; nice walkable neighborhood; close to the beach; beach pass included; any appliance you might need; sleep number bed. I have nothing negative to say! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Craigville beach vacation

This is our second summer renting here. I love Craigville beach so the house works out perfectly for beach days. They provide the beach pass. The house is spotless, beds very comfortable, and the patio is so nice for coffee every morning. Thank you Fabiana for hosting us again.

Home away from home

Great back garden. Great size for children to play. 20 minute walk to beach. Super safe area. Really comfy beds and all the kitchen equipment we needed especially a rice cooker and air fryer. Super clean and owner was super friendly and easy to contact. We would love to stay again.

Comments about house

The house is adorable and very clean. Overall we were very happy with our stay but I thought I would mention a couple of comments that I think should be noted. The queen mattress next to the king size bedroom was very soft and the platform underneath creaked. I would suggest replacing the bed and mattress. The TV's were very difficult to navigate except for the master bedroom TV. The back room TV was not hooked up to any cable and had no sound and the queen bedroom TV was black and white and no color. The living room TV was also very sporadic and hard to use. The lights in the kitchen flickered a lot when turned on and the spotlight outside in the back near the patio did not come on and the string lights around the fence did not work except for 2 strands. Other than those things, the house was great.

Cape Cod getaway

Magnificent week on the Cape. Great location - wonderful views on our daily walks to the beach. Beach pass made longer stays simple. Home was beautiful and well stocked for a week of relaxation. We loved being able to pop out for a delicious dinner or spend a day on the water. Central AC was much appreciated as was the outdoor shower. We will be back.

Week at the cape

We had a great trip. The weather was great, the beaches were beautiful. The house was clean, and stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor shower was handy for our son, so the sand after the beach didn’t come into the house.

Centerville Vacation Home

There was not extra hand towels in the bathroom and the one that was there was all stained. There was less than a half roll of toilet paper when we arrived. If not supplied, we should have been informed. The house was beautiful and in a great location. It was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our time there!

Wonderful stay

The house appeared newly decorated with modern appliances and all the kitchen appliances with all equipment you could need. It was very clean and comfortable . The backyard was lovely with a great fire pit, outdoor shower, bikes and privacy. We will certainly consider it for next year.

Fantastic house!

This is the cleanest and best stocked vacation rental I’ve ever stayed at. It has everything—more than is advertised. It’s spacious, comfortable, and on beautiful grounds. I can’t recommend this rental enough. We hope to stay at Fabiana’s again. Thank you!

Beautiful, clean home in quiet neighborhood

We’ve used VRBO for many trips to the Cape, and this was one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed. The newly renovated kitchen was clean with new appliances and well-stocked. Fabiana gave clear communications and the beach pass was a great bonus! Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable, Clean & Convenient on The Cape

This tidy home in Barnstable is a perfect location for enjoying all that Cape Cod offers a vacationer. Within a few minutes drive you can be at two beautiful beaches, shopping and restaurants. The house itself was spotless, a kitchen equipped with like new appliances, a spacious back yard, gas grill, outdoor beach shower, bikes, patio dining and even a hammock.. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the neighborhood very quiet for sleeping. Our hosts were super in communicating with us and provided a few items we requested with no hesitation. We would gladly return!

Clean and comfortable

Clean and comfortable is what we found at this rental. The outdoor shower, fire pit and dinning deck were great. The kitchen was spotless and well equipped. We just wish there was a broom for light seeping . The bedrooms were comfortably appointed. Thank you for providing the beach car pass as it made quick and easy to get to the beach .
