Craigville Beach is 100 feet away. Conveniently located in mid Cape which is the center of everything in Cape Cod!

We provide beach chairs, gas grill, and even beach toys for kids, so just come, relax and enjoy!

This is a cozy unit at duplex cottage with 2 bedroom, 1 bath, features a kitchen with granite counter top, newer appliances, flat-screen TVs, wireless Internet, and AC. This is NOT a luxury condo with everything brand new. However, It is perfect place for family and beach lovers!

The location of this property is really great! It’s close to two public beaches. But if you have allergies to mold, I would not recommend staying in this house.

Craigville Beach and Hyannis are Best place in Summer

Perfect 4 min walk to a Private Craigville Beach. The place we stayed was very nice New AC and Appliances. Shower inside upgraded outside was convenient when returning form beach. 2 miles to Hyannis downtown it’s so convient. Owner takes good care of place off street parking great communication. Will be back!

Perfect Family Cape vacation!

This was a perfect vacation location for our family—a short walk to the beach, close to many desirable Cape spots, comfortable and clean. We already can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful week in Centerville. You cant beat the location,steps to the beach. Adorable cottage with everything you need. My husband,myself and teenage son stayed and had plenty of room. Comfortable beds,AC, new updated bathroom outside shower. We ate outside every night and used the grill that was provided. Such a quaint beach town ride your bikes,walk. 5 minute drive to hyannis. The only negative is you can definitely hear everything from the unit next door but we were out all day so not a factor. And a huge plus having washer and dryer. Very friendly host answered back right away with questions. We will definitely be back.

When arriving the cleaning lady was still there 20 minutes past when I was suppose to be in. The musty smell inside was horrible. The AC units in windows were extremely dirty. We dealt with mosquitoes every night getting inside. The bathroom was redone and perfect. The kitchen was not clean nor were the floors. Very disappointing.

Just right

Lovely stay -- safe, minutes walk to two clean, friendly beaches with lifeguards. Quite neighborhood with only a minutes drive to downtown Hyannis with restaurants and shops. Home was just enough space for two adults and two teens. New, clean bathroom. We'd love to return.

Location, location, location! Beach, beach, beach!

Had great time here! The house is situated in a beachy, family-friendly, & safe neighborhood -- walking distance to two beautiful beaches (Covell Beach and Craigville Beach) and this quick/easy access to the beach is definitely one of the many highlights. The house was also a short drive to a lot of places we like to go (restaurants, shopping, etc.) It was a seamless check-in process – it was great not to have to carry or keep track of keys because the front door had coded entry. We immediately felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. The friendly owner was extremely communicative from booking and throughout our stay and quickly answered any questions we had. The house was perfect for the 3 of us and could easily accommodate more because it had 2 bedrooms and 3 beds. The mattresses were comfortable, and the bed linens had a nice feel. The warm recessed lighting in the living room area was perfect for us and we enjoyed playing family games at the kitchen table every night. The owner appears to be investing in home remodeling and upgrades which is surely valuable to us as guests! We were extremely grateful that the thoughtful owner provided necessities such as (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, sponges, napkins, etc.). In addition, we were happy that the shed in back of the house had a beach buggy, beach towels, and a variety of beach chairs. The blue lounger beach chair was especially awesome!

We had a wonderful trip! This beach house was clean, welcoming and so close to the beach! We very much appreciated the beach toys, chairs and cart! Check in/check out was very easy. Washer and dryer was a bonus! Would definitely stay here again!
