This newly renovated, spacious home is only 2.5 miles to all of the fun Nashville has to offer including Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, Music City Center, Country Music Hall of Fame, Top Golf , and much more!

The Space:
This is a whole home rental. The home features 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and two sofas for sleeping as well as 2 full baths. Fresh towels and linens are provided for your stay as well as bathing essentials. The home also includes a large fenced in back yard with patio and grilling area for guests use and washer and dryer. Private off street parking is available on property.

All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.

This is a residential neighborhood with coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery less than 1 mile away.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are readily available at all time in the area as well as public transportation. There is also private off street parking on the property.

- No pets allowed. We love pets, but unfortunately, they’re not allowed at this property. Please note that an unauthorized pet will result in a $500 fee.
- You may be asked to complete documentation such as a rental agreement or provide other information for Chady Property Management after booking reservation.
- Sorry, we do not host locals. Any local that books this property without contacting management first for approval will have the reservation canceled without refund.
-Please do not re-stage or move any furniture during your stay to prevent damage and maintain the property’s condition.
For reservations that are made through platforms other than Airbnb, and guest is entitled a refund, guest will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee that is deducted from their refund.
