1 1/2 blocks to the sand and four blocks to Washington street to all the restaurants and bars and Venice boardwalk or Abbott Kinney. You can walk to so much from here. Brand new black stainless steel appliances and a fully stocked kitchen make it home away from home. whirlpool bathtub with handheld, rain shower head and bluetooth speaker in exhaust fan to enjoy your music. Patio area outside french doors in the courtyard area to relax in the morning with coffee or the evening with a glass of wine. Plush queen size bed in bedroom with great ceiling fan and blackout curtains for an amazing nights sleep and a large built in closest area and tons of storage. USB plugs everywhere in apt for convenience. A desk in the living room for you to look out the patio doors into the courtyard area at nature while you work. Wonderful serene building with adult professional people living there.

I moved here from Chicago and bought the 1924 Bungalows to replace a restaurant I owned for 15 years in Chicago so that I could move to Los Angeles to enjoy the sunshine. I love the Bungalows and continue to work hard to make them renewed and beautiful to be enjoyed for another 100 years. The exterior of the building has been remodeled and more than half of the units in the building have now also been remodeled. I love running the Vacation rentals and meeting so many wonderful people from all over the world.
