Majolica signifies affluence and good taste and that is exactly what this property conveys. Beautiful hues of color greet you as you walk through the door and into the inviting open floor plan. Hardwood floors lead you throughout this 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath beauty. Majolica will sleep up to 8 guests comfortably as there are king beds in each bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa located in the living room. The galley style kitchen features a large island, farmhouse sink, stove, refrigerator and coffee cabinet for all you coffee connoisseurs. The outside is just as stunning as the inside! A private heated pool, hot tub and outdoor gas fire pit, what more could you want for a relaxing weekend getaway!

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

We loved this beautifully restored home. Great kitchen was perfect. We relaxed in the backyard, such an awesome lot. The location was wonderful. Nice quiet neighborhood. Awesome couples get-away. We will be back.

Our girl's trip to Fredericksburg was fabulous! The house is absolutely beautiful with amazing king beds, various gathering areas, kitchen, and the outside area with TV sitting area, pool and fire pit! Great location to walk to Main Street & 20-minute drive to Enchanted Rock. Would absolutely try here again! One thing to note: Although we followed the instructions, we were never able to get the hot tub up to temp to enjoy.

The stay was wonderful! We had a slight toilet paper issue and it was solved immediately. I do wish there were more mirrors in the bedrooms since we were a group of girls going out. But we would definitely stay there again!

Cutest House!

My husband & I came to Fredericksburg to relax & check out the wineries & shopping. We had the best time staying in Majolica House. It is just right two to three couples with king beds & 2.5 baths. The backyard was a pleasant relaxing area with a hot tub & pool, fire pit, as well as a sitting area with fan. Planning on staying here again & again! Loved it!!!

Beautifully designed! Great for gathering friends and having a good time!

My group of 4 besties from childhood had the BEST time here! It has been lovely renovated and is a beautiful older/historic home. The living room and kitchen were great for hanging out and chatting. The pool was lovely. All the bathrooms and bedrooms were great. The house has great walkability, very close to a cute coffee place called Caliche. Great proximity to the shops and restaurants and quick drives to the vineyards. Highly recommend and I have high expectations for rentals :) my only suggestion is to bring your own pillow, but that is a personal choice- I love a memory foam pillow and these are quite fluffy.

Wonderful amenities, including a heated pool and hot tub, were thoroughly enjoyed! It's a short 5 min walk to the main street, and there are so many shops to enjoy. We plan to return and will stay here again!

Perfect getaway!

We absolutely loved this house! It was fully stocked with everything we would need. The bathrooms were adorable! It had a lot of charm and was close to Main Street. The yard is huge with an awesome pool and hot tub. We took my in laws and our three kids and it was perfect!

This was our second time to stay in this location. It is close enough to town to walk. We ate most meals at the house because the kitchen is phenomenal. Most of us wanted to stay in the pool!!! We also enjoyed the outdoor TV!!!

We loved our stay!

This house was GREAT! Great style, decor, amenities, layout. We enjoyed an evening around the firepit. And personally, I loved that the bedroom windows had screens so I could leave the windows open at night. VERY quiet neighborhood - even the dogs barking in the mornings were ok because it just got me up to enjoy having coffee outside. I will definitely come back - perhaps in warmer weather to enjoy the pool.
