It offers spectacular natural lighting through its large sliding doors with direct access to the pool and lanai area, a 60” flat screen TV, with Apple TV and Sonos speaker, large walk-in closet with shelves, hanging rails and hangers for your clothes. The Master Bathroom offers his and hers vanities, a private toilet room, a beautiful huge walk-thru shower and a freestanding soaking tub.
Each guest room is tastefully decorated in beautiful coastal furnishings with great pops of blue. Both offers queen-sized beds, 43” flatscreen TV’s and Sonos speakers. One guest room is equipped with a Xbox One S including some games, the other one has got a C64 Mini with 64 retro games. These guest rooms share a hallway / pool bath with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.
Looking for more family time? Relax and enjoy streaming on the 70” TV in the modern living room, which is also equipped with Blue-ray player and Sonos speakers. You can connect the Sonos speakers of all the bedrooms, living room and Master bathroom individually or all together to your smartphone and listen to your favorite songs. All TVs in the house can receive via streaming American TV (through Sling ~80 channels) and German TV (~50 channels).
Strike up a friendly board game with your loved ones or use any of your devices with the free high-speed internet (1000Mbit) and Wi-Fi throughout the home. In the fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, beautiful counter tops and a large island with bar seating right next to the living area you can enjoy making your own savory dishes. Besides a Nespresso and a Keurig coffee machine (please bring your own capsules) as well as a filter Coffee Maker, the kitchen is equipped with a blender, waffle and panini maker and an Instant Pot Multi-use pressure cooker.
The huge laundry room next to the double garage features a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, wash sink and drying rack. Highchair and baby crib are available at no charge also some toys and books.
