Very large private home on 1 acre with inground heated pool with safety fence, fully fenced yard and outdoor shower. 4 large bedrooms - 2 are master suites with their own private bathrooms and there are 5 renovated bathrooms in total with an outdoor shower. Large deck with outdoor seating and dining table. House has high vaulted ceilings and an open layout perfect for entertaining.. Very close to the beach and you can walk to Gurneys. House comes with two beach passes. Hear the waves crash at night while you sit around the fire pit. Please read my wonderful reviews . No parties and pets only allowed upon approval.

Summer Stay

We had a relaxing and wonderful stay at Diane's beautiful house! Excellent location close to town, private beach access, and a beautiful pool area. This house is better than the pictures and Diane is a great, communicative host!

Girls weekend in Montauk

Such a great house - the property is so much more charming than the pictures! Diane is wonderful. Location was perfect for where we wanted to spend our time. I’m an avid runner and was able to run from the house, onto the beach, all the way into town and back. It was amazing!

Fanily Trip to Montauk for a Long Weekend

Overall everytbing was great! The house was perfect for our family (6 Adults) and the pool was a wonderful place to relax by in the evening. Located veey close to the town and beaches. Overall no complaints and hoping to book again next year!

Great week!

This home was a wonderful vacation spot for our family. Beautiful decor, fabulous heated pool and proximity to the ocean. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Family Vacation

Coming up the drive and seeing the house is impressive and it did not disappoint. The grounds are so pretty and the pool area was wonderful. The security fence definitely added a sense of comfort. The open floor plan upstairs was perfect for our family to enjoy dinner playing games or just hanging out all together. The upstairs master was enormous and nicely appointed. The bedrooms downstairs are also cozy and just right for the kids and not so littles. The location of the house was perfect! Hither Hills Beach is by far one of the nicest beaches and the short ride to town was so nice. We would definitely love to come back. Next year with one more grandbaby 😉

The photos of this listing don’t do it justice, truly beautiful. Basement is a little musty, but expected for a beach basement. Incredible location.

Wish we could’ve stayed longer

Visited for a wedding. The location was perfect! As we were all very busy with the wedding, we really didn’t get to enjoy the pool area as much as we would’ve liked to except for one morning. The home was Very spacious and the kitchen and outdoor patios were wonderful. We would definitely come back and stay longer next time. Thank you, Diane😊

Our family of four rented the house with another family with small children. We really enjoyed the openness of the house and proximity to the Hither Hills State Park beach and downtown Montauk. Also the pool, outdoor shower and fire pit were awesome. We utilized all the house had to offer and the owners were very responsive. We would definitely consider renting this property again.

Montauk Beach Vacation

First and foremost, Diane was excellent to work with for booking this property. She answered any and all questions in an extremely timely manner before and during our stay. The location of this property is excellent! Short drive to town, the beach, and everything else in Montauk; as well as, a very short walk to Gurney's Beach Resort. The beach passes for Hither Hills worked perfectly and, as stated, just a minute drive down the road. The pool was amazing and surrounded by a well maintained lawn with lots of flowers and trees for privacy. It was a perfect addition for morning, late afternoon, and evening swims, along with the large outdoor shower for rinsing off. The grill by the pool was clean and fired right up for cooking some meals at home while enjoying the pool, which was nice. Central AC was spectacular given the temps outside during our stay, so sleeping was comfortable. FireStick TV was good for a little downtime in the roomy living area. Large open kitchen/eating/living area, so it was perfect for spreading out and still being able to interact with everyone. All in all, a very enjoyable stay and I would highly recommend Diane as a host.

Family Fun

We had a great time with our family that consisted of 5 Adults and 4 children. Plenty of room pool was great. Most bedrooms on lower level which ideal for kids sleeping and adults being able not to disturb them 👍🏼.

Perfect Location!

This house was great for our family of 4 as we wanted privacy and wanted to be near the beach! The weather didn’t cooperate but we swam in the heated pool which was perfect! Diane was very easy to work with and was always responsive when we had questions.

Weekend away for a friend's wedding.
