Absolutamente el mejor en todos los sentidos ... ubicación, vistas panorámicas y precio. Este refugio de montaña está construido en el corazón de las Montañas Rocosas de Colorado (más de 14,000 'montañas aquí que en cualquier otro lugar de América del Norte), impresionantes vistas de las montañas en todas las direcciones, la mejor vista de los famosos acantilados de tiza.

Con vistas y construido a orillas del hermoso Chalk Creek con ventanas de piso a techo. Disfrute de la belleza (magnífica) y los sonidos de la naturaleza (arroyo burbujeante a continuación), observe la vida silvestre (ciervos, alces, zorros), pesque, camine o siéntese en el porche de más de 40 '. El gran porche con mosquitero es ideal para comer al aire libre y relajarse también.

Esta es una residencia cálida y maravillosamente construida con todas las comodidades y servicios (tal vez más) del hogar. Con 3 baños completos y 6 tocadores separados, todos se acomodan.

monte Ralphmore se encuentra a solo 15 min. Y 23 min. respectivamente de las ciudades históricas de Buena Vista y Salida, donde abundan el encanto, los restaurantes, las tiendas y las galerías.

El Bosque Nacional San Isabel, St. Elmo (famoso pueblo fantasma y gran lugar para alimentar a las ardillas o alquilar jeeps / motos de nieve), Mt Princeton Hot Springs (aguas termales # 1 de Colorado) y el río Arkansas (gran rafting o pesca con mosca) están aquí.

Las estaciones de esquí Monarch, Ski Cooper y Copper están a 35-45 min. lejos, como es Leadville (mucha historia allí). Breckenridge es un poco más de una hora y Vail es de 1 hora. & 30 minutos. Ubicado a 90 millas de Colorado Springs, volar dentro y fuera es fácil.

Perfect Family Getaway

This property was better in person than the listing! Had a little of everything!...from the views, the beautiful setting by the creek, wildlife to the convenient location to hiking, Salida and Buena Vista! Perfect location for a week with our family!!

Great house that can accommodate a large group. Very homey with great views of Chalk Mountains and Chalk Creek. Kitchen has almost everything one needs but would suggest adding cloth napkins and having soap and more TP in bathrooms. Other than that it was well stocked and we greatly appreciated having refrigerator and dry good basics on hand. Highly recommend the property.

Check in was super easy. Lots of bedrooms to sleep our 9 people. Beds were comfortable enough. Games and movies were available, but we had brought our own. Fire pit was nice to sit around and being right next to the river was very beautiful! Plenty of pots and pans and sets of dishes.

Creekside Cabin

Beautiful property located just minutes from Mt. Princeton Hot Springs Resort and just a short distance to the St. Elmo Miners Loop ATV/Jeep trails! You can also just enjoy the property, fresh mountain air, scenery, and creek right from the deck or creek side. Highly recommend this property!

Sweet sweet sweet

Perfect amount of relaxing spaces. We were thrilled with all of the activities in the area. Swimming, hiking, fishing all fun. We loved this precious home! It was so perfect we’re hoping to return someday.

Perfect mountain cabin

Great location near horseback riding, whitewater rafting and hot springs. The cabin is perfect for families. My favorite part is the kitchen! It’s huge and open to the living areas. I love looking out of the windows and taking in the beautiful views.

A wonderful location to do lots of adventures, including just staying put with a morning coffee out on the deck and an evening campfire down by the river to end our day.

Our second time!

We loved this cabin the first time so much that we came back! It was just as clean and beautiful as ever! The cabin was equipped with everything we need. There were many games, toys, and cards for the kids and we loved the new fire pit!! The view is amazing and we would HIGHLY recommend this property!

Family vacation

The cabin was well kept, spacious, and well stocked. The location was private but close to many activities. We loved the fire pit when it wasn't raining. My son-in-law is a gourmet chef and found the kitchen very well set up for his creations. The kids loved the hikes, St Elmo, horseback riding, and the wildlife.

Perfect cabin get-away in Buena Vista area

This the perfect place for a family vacation in the middle of the beautiful Collegiate peaks. The cabin was wonderful for large gatherings. We comfortably slept 9 adults with room for more. It was very clean and right in the middle of fishing, white water rafting, hiking trails and very close to snow skiing. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. The owner was so responsive with ideas for groceries, restaurants and hiking trails. We had a wonderful time.

Lovely property.. well stocked kitchen and beautiful location. Lots of activities in the area. The listing was a little misleading in the sense they said under amenities ….air conditioning… but only fresh mountain air; which was one reason we rented because of allergies.

Sweet stay

This cabin is beautiful and well stocked. The bed arrangements weren’t great for our group (3 twins in one room and a double in a loft with no door), but we knew that when we booked it. Elizabeth was quick to reply to our questions and very helpful. The location along the creek is dreamy as is the screened in porch and games for kids. Some of the furniture is tired but overall a very cozy stay in a beautiful location. It feels like a home, not just a rental. Thanks for a great stay!

Great home, great location, photos do not do it justice.

The home is spotless. Amenities are exactly as described. The stream out back is perfect. Closer to Buena Vista, but also close to Salida. Great location for visiting Great Sand Dunes and Black Canyon NPs, hikes, rent a Jeep and visit Tin Cup pass. Elizabeth is great to work with. The internet is unfortunately slow, and only Verizon cellular reaches the site, so know this and you won't be disappointed.

Only thing I didn't like was leaving!

Beautiful, well maintained and well furnished home with great views and a peaceful relaxing atmosphere. Enjoyed feeding all the birds from the porch railing and seeing the deer come up to the yard every day. Close to fun little towns and shopping. I really liked seeing the Elk and Antelope herds in the large pastures near Nathrop. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner in the large kitchen and grilled steaks on the outdoor grill. The fire pit by the running creek was a great place to smoke a good cigar and chill. After 10 days, none of us wanted to leave. We're ready to go back and do it again. Thanks Elizabeth

Spectacular!

We pulled up the drive to the Cabin and were so excited from the view and couldn't wait to get inside. The excitement just followed us as we stepped into the cabin and explored our stay for the next two nights. It was wonderful. The views were spectacular. The Cabin was perfect for our little brood. We were here for our daughter's wedding in Twin Lakes and tried to talk her into getting married at the cabin (due to the temp at Twin Lakes). We didn't have any luck changing the venue but the views by the river would have been just a beautiful place to have a small intimate wedding. Thank you for opening your home to us. We will definitely be renting this cabin again.

Mt. Ralphmore is a fabulous place to relax and get away from everyday stresses. The access to nature can reenergize one's spirit. Gathering around the firepit down by the creek creates a wonderful atmosphere for deeper bonding and lots of shared fun story telling. It is also very well maintained and clean : )

The best home in the area w/ the finest views. A very warm inviting home that sits on three+ acres overlooking Chalk Creek, the Chalk Cliffs, Mt Princeton & Mt Antero. Hearing the bubbling of the creek or viewing the Chalk Cliffs at sunrise, walking down Bunny Lane or driving up to St. Elmo, memories for a lifetime will be made.
