Seaside Grove, a five (5) bedroom beach house with a backyard Oasis featuring a new pool and spacious yard and play area. This home is just steps away from the well sort after East Beach access on St Simon’s Island. Endless entertainment spaces, including 2 decks with ocean view and 1 with outdoor-bar. Large yard with orange trees for outdoor activities. This spacious home sleeps 12 adults and up to 14 -15 with children great for family getaway. Just tell us your guest plan and needed sleeping arrangements and we will do our best to make your stay comfortable.
The main level contains the kitchen, a 2 story living room with large windows, balcony, and two (2) bedrooms. The living area is an open concept with a connected kitchen, open dining room, and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a Refrigerator, Microwave, 4-Burner Gas Stove with a mini griddle, an Oven, and Dishwasher. Off the dining room is a balcony with a miniature grill, bar table, and a distant ocean view.

Off the living room is a bedroom and a sunroom. The bedroom comes with a queen sized bed, two (2) closets, a nightstand, and dresser. The bedroom is connected to a full bathroom. The sunroom has a sofa bed, a recliner bed, and a work desk.

The second level contains the master bedroom, an additional bedroom, a washer and dryer (with detergent), and access to a second balcony. The master bedroom contains a king sized bed, a spacious walk-in closet, access to the balcony, and a full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin bed on top and full size bed on the bottom and a chair that extends to a twin size bed which is more suitable for a young adult or child. The room also contains two (2) closets and is connected to a full bathroom.

The lowest floor contains the garage which has room to park two (2) cars. Connected is a bedroom containing two (2) full-size beds, a full bathroom, and a walk-in closet.
All bedrooms and the living room have Smart TV's.
We will provide linens, towels, and an initial supply of soap, laundry soap, dish detergent, toilet paper and paper towels
