2 bedroom condo 2 blocks to the beach!

Are you looking for a bright and cozy retreat by the ocean? This condo is less than a 5 minute walk to Clark Street Beach Access. The master suite has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed. The open concept living area has a queen-sized pull out sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs.

Please bring your own beach towels and kitchen towels (if you use them).

Please note there is a burger bar on the other side of the condo complex that has live music on some evenings until 10pm (dates depend on their band schedule). Some guests have mentioned the music can be heard inside our unit but most guests haven't noticed it. Please prepare accordingly if you have any light sleepers or early sleepers. Both bedrooms have TV's but you may want to bring an iPod or other device for background noise. Otherwise, sit on the balcony and enjoy the free music!

At MP 8.5 you will be conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and shops that you can walk or drive to. The Wright Brothers Museum is 1 mile west. Run Hill State Nature Preserve is 1.5 miles west. Jockey's Ridge State Park is 3.5 miles south. Avalon Pier is 4 miles north. Nags Head Fishing Pier is 4 miles south.

Standard amenities with this unit are contactless check-in, bed and bath linens, smart TV's, fully stocked coffee bar, stacked washer/dryer, beach chairs/cart, fully stocked kitchen and more!

Our property can accommodate 1 dog (25lbs or less). Non-refundable pet fee is $150.

The condo was as described and in a great location. It was close walking distance to the beach and close driving distance to everywhere we wanted to visit. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

We had a brief stay over Labor Day weekend, our family of 4 and our family pet. The property was perfect to accommodate our needs and provided amazingly close access to the beach, restaurants and shops, plenty to do within walking distance. Parking was very convenient and the hosts provided a family friendly atmosphere, everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

OBX Vacation Rental Not As Expected

When we arrived at the property, we were disappointed to find that it directly overlooked a rundown motel, which was not evident from the listing. Inside, the unit was smaller than expected given the price point. We noticed the baseboards and doors were dirty, and the primary bedroom had a musty odor. Additionally, there were only two washcloths provided, and we had to make a trip to Target to purchase more towels and washcloths.That evening, while trying to sleep, a strong odor of marijuana came through the vents, and the AC unit was loud—it sounded like waves crashing. I reached out to Joy to express our concerns, and to her credit, she promptly responded and offered a full refund if we chose to check out. However, since we were in town for a graduation and had limited options, we decided as a family to stay and make the best of the situation.The listing does mention that the nearby restaurant’s band could be loud, but since the unit is on the opposite side of the building, the noise was not as disruptive as we expected. Despite the issue with the neighboring motel, the location itself was convenient—close to stores, restaurants, and beach access.

Off season beach break!

This was a great location for our 4 night getaway - only 2-3 blocks from the beach. We walked there everyday. The 2BR, 2 bath condo is close to stores and restaurants. (It's very close to the Wright Brothers Museum which is quite interesting.) It was a great place to rest, relax & rejuvenate!

We really enjoyed our time here. The location was so great! The condo was clean and comfortable. Our 3 year old loved the bunk bed! The hosts are so wonderful! We'll definitely be staying here again in the future!

Family Vacation

Everything was wonderful with our stay at You Me and The Sea !! We enjoyed the central location of the condo allowing us to walk to local eateries and of course the beach. Joy was wonderful to work with and responded promptly when we were communicating. Our trip didn't take as long as we thought and she allowed us to check in early and also extend our stay by an additional day. Overall our experience was GREAT and we will definitely be back.

Great little condo!

We booked this last minute for a week away, and the owner approved promptly. The unit was perfect for a couple and our fur baby. It is located conveniently to restaurants and sights to see, beach, etc.

First time to OBX

Nice condo. Had everything we needed for our first visit to OBX. Had a minor issue with the TV. Joy immediately responded to our message and we were able to resolve the issue. Very convenient to the beach and having the beach gear available was great! Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great Cozy Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "You, me, and the Sea". Place was truly a refugee after spending each day at the beach. Location was close to everything, basic amenities were provided by the owners. Condo was super clean and comfy. Owners were extremely attentive and responsive to our needs and questions. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great Location!

This was a sweet little 2-bedroom apartment just a block and a half from the beach. It was the perfect place for a long weekend away. We did have to go out for a roll of paper towels, but otherwise we had everything we needed (and the listing does say a "starter" roll is provided). Easy check-in and just the right amount of communication from the owners. Highly recommend!

Great stay!

We had a great stay in Kill Devil Hills. The place is on the smaller side and we definitely overpacked preparing for couple weeks in OBX:). Nice location, close to the beach. Very clean, light, comfortable, well equipped condo. Friendly neighbors! Quite, even that ongoing construction was next door and a bar (delicious burgers!) on the other side. Joy timely helped us with all the answers to our questions. Thank you for the helpful labels! Made it easier to navigate. Really enjoined OBX.
