You will enjoy the comfort and convenience of this quaint, historic cottage in a peaceful Boyne City neighborhood. Walking distance to Peninsula Beach, downtown shops, restaurants, and hiking or mountain biking at Avalanche Preserve. Attached sundeck and a spacious backyard. One bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms and one full bathroom upstairs. There is also a full bathroom and washer/dryer downstairs. Living room and TV/sitting room, and dining area off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is Internet connected and one Smart TV is set for Internet TV connection. Parking for two cars in the driveway.

Beautiful home in a great location!

Loved this adorable house. Everything was very clean and we loved being able to downtown and to the beach. The upstairs bedrooms were HOT though. There was no apparent AC in there and only one of the bedrooms had a fan.

The house had a nice vintage style and was very functional, comfortable and clean. The neighborhood location had a quaint, small-town vibe and was perfect for exploring Boyne City and the surrounding areas.

Property was a great size for our family and offered easy, walkable access to everything in Boyne City, including the beach, marina, and all restaurants. Very quiet, clean, and working with the owner was a breeze. It offered everything we needed for a week at the lake!

Great location. Easy walk to anything needed.

Very comfortable. Beautiful neighborhood. Easy walk to food and lake. Great sunsets over the lake. Only minor issue was that pullout bed was not very comfortable and only appropriate for children.

Cute and cozy

This house is well stocked and convenient to the town and the marina. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops within 15 minutes. Don’t miss the sunset over the lake. We did stay in the warm (not hot) weather.

great stay... great location!

We loved our stay here, and you will too! The house is exactly as portrayed in the description. It is a historic cottage! It is cute, it is comfortable, and we had everything we needed. It was a work trip. There were three of us in town for two weeks, and we had more than enough space. We loved that we could walk everywhere. The location is incredible! Thank you for a great stay Holly. It was a pleasure staying at your listing!

It was an easy walk to the lake and downtown. The cottage was old and had some quirks. For example, the upstairs bathroom had a step down and the shower had a slanted ceiling so tall people had to bend down to shower. The carpet needs to be replaced. Overall, it was fine for an old cottage and met expectations.

Delightful place to stay!

Holly's home was delightful. It was very clean and decorated with a simple homey flavor. Both the front porch and back deck was a wonderful place to gather outside. It was a bit warm during our stay so the upstairs window AC and fans in the ceiling were welcome. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with wonderful sidewalks for our granddaughter to ride her scooter on. We had an easy walk to downtown and Lake Charlevoix. Holly was very receptive to a couple of inquiries made to her during our stay. I would definitely stay at holly's home again.

We really enjoyed staying at Holly's home. Loved the location (easy walk into town, close to the lake) and really appreciated the kitchen having anything you might need to make a good meal!

Family vacation

Our family of 4 had a great stay here! The home was clean, well supplied, in a quiet neighborhood, and easy walking distance to the lake, parks, and all the downtown restaurants and shops. Boyne City itself was great, and this location was also a good home base for exploring other parts of northern Michigan. The owners were helpful and responsive throughout. Recommend!

Great Boyne City Vacation Property

Very comfortable vacation property. Just a short walk to the marina, beach, and downtown Boyne City. Property Owners are great! We will definitely be back next summer.
