Villa Pleine Nature à 30 Minutes de Nice

The villa is located in the middle of nature in the immediate vicinity of a river that offers multiple swimming spots. <br>The calm is absolute, there is a total absence of opposite.<br>The outdoor spaces are multiple, including a magnificent 10X4m swimming pool.<br>Access to the house is via a footbridge over the river, totally secure, which gives a very exotic aspect to the place.<br>The villa is spacious (120m2) and very bright. The nearest neighborhood is about a hundred meters away.<br><br>Although located in the middle of nature, the house is only 30 minutes from Nice. The Mediterranean vegetation is omnipresent, the surrounding cliffs and the immediate proximity of the river (see photos) give an exceptional cachet to the natural environment in which the house is located. <br><br>The access road to the house is regulated and reserved only for the vehicles of La Clave residents from May to October (retractable studs triggered with a badge), which greatly limits the number of visitors to this place even at the height of the summer season.<br><br>The house and the environment in which it is located are ideal for stays with family or friends.<br><br>Events or special celebrations such as birthdays or others generating a high noise level are not allowed in the house. More generally, the noise level in the accommodation and outside (especially around the swimming pool) must be adapted to the tranquility and respect of the host and his neighbours beyond 8 pm. Failure to comply with these conditions may justify the guest terminating the stay of his visitors. <br><br>All outdoor areas, including the swimming pool, are for private use only.<br>Once you have crossed the footbridge (see photo), a small path of about 100m allows access to the house.<br><br>The villa is rentable 365 days a year. <br><br>A cleaning fee of €120 is to be added to the rental price. <br><br>The house is designed to accommodate 6 people. A flat rate of €20 per night outside school holidays and €30 during the holidays will be applied for any additional person.<br>Rental rates vary according to the period chosen.
