Massive outdoor remodel just completed in May 2023.

Some of the most magnificent views in the Caribbean. This 2 bedroom 2 bath main house is a tropical dream. Wrap around porches and extensive pool deck areas are surrounded by beautiful palms, huge flamboyant trees, bougainvillea, orchids, papaya, banana trees and more. Locals say it's among the best views on the island. Incorporating north & south shore views with lush hillside make this setting ideal.

Enjoy delightful ocean breezes while scanning the horizon or down the coastline at Buck Island and the lights of Christiansted. Need a break from the sun? Then relax under the shade while viewing the pool and the south shore. Wake up to views of the ocean and the sparkling pool from the master and guest bedrooms.

Massive outdoor renovations completed in March 2023 for pool and outdoor lounging areas. 2020 renovations included all new appliances in the kitchen and a freshly painted and redecorated interior that are warm and inviting. Located off Scenic Rd East overlooking Salt River Bay and the Caribbean to the North and the valley and south shore from the pool deck. You'll find access to dining, beaches, historical sites, airport and downtown Christiansted all within a 5-20 minute drive.

Amazingly Perfect!

Our stay at Estate Concordia East was absolutely amazing. The house was incredibly clean. The views were second to none and the location was perfect. The owners sent us everything we needed and if we had any questions, they were extremely prompt at giving us suggestions. We recommend this property for anyone who wants to enjoy a beautiful, clean, home that is in a great location on St. Croix. We will be returning to Estate Concordia East to vacation, and we recommend you do the same. Thanks Matt & Laurie!!

Best views on the island

Fabulous views from the deck every morning. The evening was delightful sitting by the pool listening to jazz. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need to create that lasting Caribean memory. Mardi Croix at Cane Bay brought a little bit of New Orleans to the islands.

Amazing views!!!

This house was just perfect for my husband and I and another couple! We had plenty of room and spent all our time outside by the pool or on the decks looking at the amazing view of the Seas!!! It was so well stocked with everything we needed and we liked the location because we weren’t too far from anything!!! Matt was great to work with and we would definitely come back!!!!!

Holiday Vacation in Paradise

This is a beautiful home with breath taking views all around. Close to anything you may want to go see or do. Highly recommend staying here and will be back again. Matthew and Laurie are amazing!

St. Croix Paradise

The house was fantastic, and the owners were very responsive and wonderful to deal with. The house was very clean! It is perched on top of a mountain with an incredible view. The drive up to the house is a windy mountain road, but it is paved and easy! We enjoyed our daily visits from Scubie, the neighbor's very sweet dog. We didn't even use the pool because we were too busy exploring the island, but it was very pretty and well maintained. Overall I would highly recommend this house, especially for a small family or two couples.

Perfect getaway.

The house was perfect for two adult couples with our own private rooms and bathrooms. Great views from both the back and front, pictures don’t do it justice. Easy check in and excellent communication before and during the trip with the property manager. Highly recommend!

The experience is better than the description.

We spent 10 nights here at the end of March 2022 and did not want to leave. The location is great. Beautiful views of the north side of the island including sunrises. The pool is great as it has a deep end which we always enjoy. All of the appliances are new and there is a lot of space in the open area. It is also centrally located so it is 30 minutes to Point Udell and a little less over to Sandy Point. You can get to Christiansted for dinners in about 15-20. We are going to provide the hosts (who are great to work with) a PDF with some day outing ideas based on what we did. We were extremely active and did a lot of beach hopping and exploring of this beautiful island. We highly recommend this property and plan on returning in the future.

Spectacular View

Home was perfectly spotless! Fully stocked kitchen, great grill and all new appliances. The pool was great in the afternoon after a day at the beach or out exploring. For us, the view was the most amazing part of our adventure and we miss it dearly. Well, maybe we miss Scuba, the neighbors pup, a bit too! We will be back!

We chose this house for the views and were not disappointed! Gorgeous ocean views from all angles of the deck. We also loved the large pool & convenient location. Spectacular views with a pool

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The open concept living/dining/kitchen area has 180 degree views of the ocean and Salt River Bay 525 feet below. Breezes were refreshing on the wrap around deck. Access to the bedrooms is outside the house, but doors lock, so it feels secure. The mattresses were super comfortable and all linens and furniture throughout are top notch. The kitchen is well-equipped, though you’ll likely have most meals out because there are so many to try! The pool is in very good shape and a nice way to cool down and an alternative to the beach when needed. The property is about halfway between Christiansted and Fredericksted, so it’s both quiet and centrally located. Despite some pretty rough roads on the island, the road up to the property is in great shape. Both the owner and local property manager were very responsive to requests and questions. Highly recommend!

Blissful Staycation at a Cozy Jewel

I loved my stay at this Villa Madeleine location. The POC Kat was super responsive and very helpful throughout my stay as was Matthew, one of the owners. The villa was just as pictured and very well-appointed with a lovely nautically-themed island vibe. I'm a plus-sized person and I greatly appreciated that all the furniture was well-structured and generously proportioned. I'm not typically a morning person, but I found myself waking up just to marvel at the exquisite view of the sunrise. The pool was larger than it appears in the pictures and I especially enjoyed swimming at night. Honestly, I loved everything about the Villa except the long drive to and from town.

This Villa was all we expected and more!

From the moment we arrived at the airport we were well taken care of by our VRBO peeps. We were met at the airport and was shown where the local grocery store was and was escorted to the Villa. Micheal made sure we had everything we needed and helped us get settled in. Walking into the Villa, the view of the ocean took my breath away. We were checked on throughout the week and felt like we were home. I would stay here again and again!

We loved it! Everything was perfect, except two suggestions. One, fix the stove cooktop; very inco

Cooktop needs to be repaired, or replaced. We like to make a number of meals! Grill was excellent! It would have been nice if the owner, or rep, contacted us at least once during our stay! We enjoyed the location, pool, view and restaurants in the area.

Relaxing stay

Was very nice location, property as listed, near by was Ziggys gas station which was the best Sunday brunch ever. Only Downside was a hot plate not stove . Otherwise very private and comfortable

Pool Paradise

Great place. Parking was tight b/c all units were occupied, and everyone had a Jeep or SUV. The kitchen was smaller than expected, and the TV/cable/audio setup needs some tweaking. All minor things considering we chose this place for the private pool.

Paradise in St. Croix

We loved this property in St. Croix. It was hard to leave each day but the superb diving off the island lured us away. Beautifully appointed with a wonderful pool and very private vibe. Highly recommended.

Beautiful villa with incredible views of the ocean!! Kat, property manager was great to work with!!!

Great two weeks that couldn’t have been any better!! The villa was great, the pool was awesome!! Very relaxing!! Loved the fact that that it is a secured property. The grounds are very well kept. Literally everything you could need is provided in the villa!! Beach towels, beach chairs, golf, snorkeling gear, etc. If you want to go inside and relax, great AC, cable TV. Kitchen has everything and is very nice!! The king bed is beautiful and very comfortable. It was great having washer/dryer also. There is absolutely nothing negative about this place other than having to leave and go back to reality!!

Matthew and Laurie have owned property on St Croix since 2015. Having lived in small coastal villages along the east coast of the US, in the heart of Washington DC, to deep in the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. We now call Saint Simons Island, Georgia home. With numerous friends and acquaintances on St Croix we love to introduce visitors to both the touristy side and locals' favorites when visiting Villa Concordia - Salt River.

Views - views - views. When we saw the Caribbean Sea, Salt River Bay, Buck Island and the East End all from the deck of this home we knew this house could be a true gem. While it will be a work in process over the next several years as we continually upgrade, we want others to be able to share in the beauty that surrounds the home right now.
