JUST LISTED!!! New construction, newly furnished and newly decorated! Be one of the FIRST! 2 unit home. Units may be rented individually or rent both and occupy as a one family home. Each unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, an open floor plan, kitchen, living + dining area and balcony off living room with patio dining set. Both kitchens feature brand new stainless steel appliances including microwave, dishwasher and much more! Central air conditioning, outdoor shower and 2 outdoor gas grills. Master bedrooms have one queen sized bed, 2nd bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. This unit also includes laundry room w/ washer & dryer and living room sofa complete with a hide-away, full size sleeper. Sleeps 7. No bed linens or towels, sorry no beach passes. 1-½ blocks from the beach

Excellent Stay

We loved our stay here! Location is great, you can walk to the beach, restaurants, activities and the bay for sunsets. Place is clean, renovated and has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation. Cannot recommend enough!

Great apt for you Mr trip

This apartment was as advertised! It’s a beautiful updated/modern condo. Very clean and quaint. John was a great host and check-in process was very easy. Very close 7 min walk to the beach. Good location. There are a bunch of restaurants, mini golf, and other things w/in walking distance. Great for family of 4 as they have a good bunk bed in 2nd room. The outdoor shower was a huge plus, bc we bathed our small kids in it after the beach every day. Only negative I would say was the bed in the master was comfortable, however the mattress topper kinda funnels you into the middle of the bed. Wouldn’t stop me at all from staying here again. If you’re looking to stay in Ship Bottom then this is the place!

Amazing Week on LBI

The pictures on the website do not do it justice. The house was beautiful. We rented both units and it was perfect for my wife, teenage daughters and a few of their friends. Great location! A couple minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Thank you John!

Spectacular house! Spotless and brand new!

It was amazing. Easy check in, clean, spectacular, spacious. Complaints; Needs a vacuum Queen mattress was horrible Major Construction next door and road blocked.

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this Ship Bottom hidden gem. The property was immaculate and had everything you needed for a LBI vacation. It is very short walk to the beach and also close to great restaurants and attractions.
