JUST LISTED!!! New construction, newly furnished and newly decorated! Be one of the FIRST! 2 unit home. Units may be rented individually or rent both and occupy as a one family home. Each unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, an open floor plan, kitchen, living + dining area and balcony off living room with patio dining set. Both kitchens feature brand new stainless steel appliances including microwave, dishwasher and much more! Central air conditioning, outdoor shower and 2 outdoor gas grills. Master bedrooms have one queen sized bed, 2nd bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed sleeps 7. No bed linens or towels, sorry no beach passes no beach chairs or umbrellas. 1½ blocks from the beach

Great stay!

Our stay was fantastic. The place is perfect for a couple or small family. Super easy check in, great location / easy walking to beach and local attractions. Very clean- we missed a washer / dryer in the unit but knew we wouldn’t have so packed extra and it was fine. Thanks for a great visit to our favorite place!

We had a great stay at this property. Very clean and convenient location to the beach and restaurants within walking distance. Was pleasantly surprised at the outside appearance of the house, couldn’t tell that by the pics🙂 Thanks, John!

Great stay in Ship Bottom

Perfect for our three week stay. Kitchen was well equipped, oven and grill were great for cooking, giant fridge, beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the porch for eating/hanging out. John was very responsive and the house was a quick walk to the beach/to restaurants & shops.

New, Clean and Convenient

We had an excellent stay in Ship Bottom at this property. It was new, clean and in a convenient location. It was 2 blocks to the beach and there were many dining, shopping and entertainment options within walking distance!

LBI rental 2023

We had to change plans last minute, and were able to find this rental a week before we went! The house is fairly new and very clean. A bit small, but adequate for our needs. Not a far walk from the beach at all, and within close walking distance to some good restaurants and bagel shop. The people staying upstairs were noisy at times. The only other downsides were no washer/dryer and no beach badges (we had to purchase a set for the week which cost $108). For a last minute booking though, we thought the price was fair and we enjoyed our stay overall!

Very satisfied!

This rental was perfect for our family - very clean and updated and actually roomier then the photos - loved the porch and appreciated the comfy chairs out there. Location was also great - many places within walking distance and quick exit off the island was helpful!

Great stay in Ship Bottom

We loved our time in Ship Bottom! The unit was in a great location just around the corner from several restaurants, ice cream spots, mini golf, etc and a very quick 1.5 blocks from the beach. John was an amazing host and was very reachable for any questions or concerns we had. The unit was comfortable, clean, and up-to-date. We loved the outdoor porch area as well. Our only minor inconvenience was that the beds were not so comfortable, but outside of that we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely would recommend.

Wonderful Family Vacatip

We had a great week with my family John was awesome. Easy check in, place is very clean and had just what we needed. Very nicely decorated. We loved our little porch for coffee in the morning and our grill for dinner at night. Great location. Easy to get to everything! Highly recommend this property!

Ship Bottom Sojourn

John was a very receptive host, promptly replying to all of our questions. The house was beautifully appointed. Wished we had a washer & dryer. Only downside was construction on the street blocking our path to the beach, but out of the owner's control. Overall would stay here again!

Fantastic brand new property. Super close to the beach and restaurants. Everything worked well.

Very efficient process and John was super responsive and helpful for anything we needed or any question we had! Beautiful space and walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops and to the beach. We had our bikes and we could store tbem at the property and used them to bike everywhere. Also neighbors were super nice and helpful!
