Come share our home with us! It’s only mile from Universal Studios. A traveler’s prime location! Centrally located in Los Angeles, South of Ventura Blvd. in Studio City. Close to all of Los Angeles’ famous landmarks … one mile from Universal Studios Hollywood™; Universal Metro Station and a short drive to the Hollywood Sign. It’s a quick Metro ride into Hollywood or Downtown. Beverly Hills and The Grove at The Original Farmer’s Market are just a car ride over the hill. Dodger Stadium and Staples Center are 12 miles away. This bright and sunny Cottage-like unit feels more like your own home. It features two Bedrooms with queen-sized beds and luxury bedding. It has a separate living room with a queen size Tempur-Pedic Sofa Bed, Fireplace and Eat-in Kitchen. The kitchen is stocked, complete with Keurig Coffee Maker, Microwave, Blender, Range and Toaster. A washer and dryer are available on site. Parking space for one car is on the right side of driveway next to white gate entrance. Groceries, Starbucks and Pharmacies are on the corner just a block away. Don’t feel like cooking? Enjoy the many restaurants and shops along Ventura Blvd. Come spend your vacation with us!

Excellent apartment, nice neighbourhood and great hosts!

The apartment is really nice and comfortable and has everything you can need. The hosts were very helpful and easy to reach for any question. The place is highly recommended! Unfortunately, the WIFI connection seems not to work. It was impossible to make check-in for flights, bookings or simply email. I found this really disappointing and something must be done!

Excellent location, very clean.

Excellent location for Universal Studios. Very, very clean. The shower was awesome! Jackie and George go above and beyond with extras that made us feel very welcome - coffee, chips, toiletries.

Christmas Cottage

This cottage could not be more delightful. The photos of Jackie and George’s place is exactly as it is. Beds are super comfortable with the softest bedding. Fireplace that makes you feel your at home. Big screens TV and a special treat in the kitchen a basket of snacks and coffee/creamer. Our boys live 5 blocks away and our week here was beyond wonderful. Booking again soon.

Wonderful spot!

Jackie and George's home is perfect for visiting Universal studios. The location is a quick ride share away from most sites in the immediate area. I would recommend it for a family of four with young children. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

spotless property!

The owner’s met us on the evening of our check-in and were so kind to give us the highlights of the area. Great property stocked with everything we needed! Walking distance to Universal Studios and short Uber rides to all our other holiday destinations. Would recommend this property to families, safe neighbourhood .

Outstanding stay!

Thank you to George and Jackie! Our stay was extremely comfortable. The place was fully stocked with all the necessities and more. The two beds were comfortable and there were plenty of books for us to keep ourselves entertained when we weren't out and about.

Calm oasis in a bustling city

This is a lovely home with great amenities and have many thoughtful touches. It was a great haven at the end of a busy day of sight seeing. Jackie and George are attentive hosts and very accommodating.

Perfect Location

Close to grocery shops, eateries and easy walk to Universal shuttle. Very comfortable with lots of extra personal touche,s. George and Jackie thought of everything. Gas stove switches were a bit worrying, though.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay. We when arrived we were treated by Jackie, the owner. She was very nice and informative. The property was actually a little bigger than what we imagined based on the photos. Everything was extremely clean and Jackie showed us where they kept all the extras for the home. The property is extremely close to universal studios and a short drive to Urban Lights and the Griffith observatory. There are a good amount of restaurants in the area as well. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great Little Place

Our stay here was fantastic! George and Jackie are so kind and gave great suggestions for food, transportation and things to see/do. We liked being close to a grocery store so we could dine in and/or to local eateries for dining out. Distance to the subway and Universal Trolley was fairly short and easy. Enjoyed our stay.

Great family-friendly spot for our Universals Studios trip

Our family of four loved this property! Comfortable, well-appointed, snacks for the kids, K-Cups for the parents, cable T , Internet, laundry - everything we needed to feel at home on our trip. The location of this house is PRIME! Walking distant to grocery store and delicious restaurants. We took Lyfts to Universal area for $4-5 each time. Quiet, quaint and everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is lovely, great location near Universal Studios, and the homeowners are very responsive and accommodating. Laundry was a bonus! We would definitely stay here again!
