The Hartman's get away 2 bedroom. Perfect for baseball families.

Please book in 6 night increments. See baseball schedule in the photos to choose your dates for the week of your camp/visit. This way it leaves a full 6 day week available for each guest that books. The calendar is for both Cooperstown Dreams Park and the All Star Village, it is the same schedule for both baseball camps. Thank you for the understanding and feel free to message us with any booking questions.

-Cooperstown All Star Village located in West Oneonta NY. Travel Time: 10 minute drive.
-Cooperstown Dreams Park located in Cooperstown NY. Travel Time: 22 minutes.
-Walk to Walmart is about a football field length, a nice feature of the home is that behind the house is a mountain with great trails that is rarely visited yet across the street in the other direction through a small trail is Walmart whose parking lot is connected to the mall. The property is extremely quite at night.
The apartment is attached to a 4 bedroom house that is separated by a garage, noise is not transferred between the two places.
We also own and rent a 5 bedroom house next door so if you need more options for renting please consider. There is about a 75ft lawn between the two properties.

Perfect!

The perfect place while staying for CASV baseball. Had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Slept well, kitchen and living room was ample for what we needed and location with Walmart over the road was ideal. Great property manager, very helpful!

Great Option for All Star Village

We had a great stay at this property for our time at All Star Village. It was close to downtown and to the village and was in a very nice area. The owners were responsive and considerate. All around we had a truly enjoyable stay and would certainly return.

Super cute/clean place

This VRBO is exactly what we needed when visiting for a week of baseball at CASV. Convenient, close, clean, tastefully decorated. Communication was spot on. Would highly recommend!

Great for Cooperstown!

Definitely recommend for baseball families. Clean, quiet, and close proximity to All Star Village. Plenty of space for myself, husband, and two daughters. We enjoyed the surrounding area as well… easy to get groceries at Walmart, walk around the mall, and explore the trails behind the home.

Exactly as described

I had high expectations from the photos online and previous people who had stayed and left a review. This property was exactly as described. Comfortable with all the amenities. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Amazing space!

This was an exceptional property. It was minutes from Cooperstown All Star Village and close to many local amenities. The property was modern, very very clean and truly looked like it came right out of a magazine. The property managers were incredible as well. This is a must stay location if you are visiting CASV. It was also a quick easy drive to the baseball hall of fame and historic Cooperstown. We recommend this property and will definitely be back when we revisit Oneonta!

Perfect Cooperstown All Star Village Home Base

If you're bringing your kid to Cooperstown All Star Village for a week, this is the perfect place to stay. The kitchen and washing machine are great to allow you to eat well and not have to overpack clothes. It's a new remodel and everything is clean and in great shape. It's only an 8 min drive to the Village, so you can easily pop back and forth as you need to rest, eat, etc. in between your kid's games. If I was coming back to Oneonta, I would definitely rent this place again.

Great place for baseball parents near CASV!

The Hartman’s have a great little 2BR spot here. Perfect for our stay during a week watching our son play baseball at nearby CASV. Clean, well-appointed, comfy beds and (very importantly), a washer/dryer. Great kitchen too. Plenty of privacy. WiFi is great and only suggestion may be providing cable with the SmartTV. Just merely a suggestion as baseball families would love to watch ESPN at night. I own a ski home rental myself and these hosts are top notch. 5 stars

Perfect for baseball families (All Star Village)

We stayed at this property while my son was playing at All Star Village. The apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated, and had all of the comforts of home. All of the bedding, linens, and furnishings were high-quality. My husband was staying with the team in the bunkhouse, and I stayed here with my other children. Nice location - I felt safe and comfortable. The owners also rent a lovely larger house right next-door that another family from our team rented. Highly recommend both properties!

Perfect spot for a couple

I would stay here again and again. It was just my husband and I. Our friends stayed next door in the bigger house. Location was great. This place was so clean. Air conditioning worked very well! (That’s important to us! Lol) Thoughtful touches everywhere. Beds were comfortable and clean. Kitchen was new and clean. So perfect for us!

Perfect spot for baseball families!

The property is exactly how it’s pictured and described. Literally a seven minute drive to All Star Village, with plenty of restaurants and other commerce in between. Quiet neighborhood, perfect for getting a break from baseball. Wonderfully responsive hosts. And it’s decorated and stocked beautifully for anything you could want or need. Allstar Village family

We had a fabulous week! Our son was playing ball at Allstar Village for the week. The location was convenient to get to the ballpark (just under ten minutes) as well as to get groceries. We also had the opportunity to visit downtown Cooperstown, went to the Ommegang Brewery and rented kayaks during our stay. The beds were really comfortable and the space was warm and inviting. Highly recommend!

Great residence and superb hosts!

Everything you’d hope for in a property. It felt like we were staying in a boutique hotel but with a full kitchen and thoughtful little touches throughout. Enjoyed our weeklong stay thoroughly. About 10 minute drive to colleges and 15 minutes to Cooperstown All-Star Village. Thank you!
