The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a home cooked meal, or hop on your bike and take the trail to the food truck pavilion at Lake Fayetteville. All bedrooms are equipped with memory foam mattresses and blackout curtains for a restful night's sleep.

The property was accurately described and well maintained. The home was clean upon arrival, the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with the essentials, and the neighborhood felt safe and convenient. Communication was clear and timely, and the check-in/check-out process was straightforward. Overall, a very solid experience. Would definitely stay again!

Coffee and comfortable beds, a winning combo!

We really enjoyed our stay at the adorable Fika House. The owners have really created a welcoming space. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms had everything we needed. The coffee and tea selections were plentiful and the kitchen was well stocked. We would be happy to stay here again and again!

Great quiet stay!

We came to town for my stepson’s baseball tournament and this house was perfect! We were only 15-20 min from the ball fields. The house was decorated so cute and VERY clean! My younger boys loved the bunk beds and the large backyard to play. One of the best VRBOs we have stayed in, highly recommend!

Excellent home!

Property location was PERFECT as we were attending a wedding at Sassafras Vineyard. The neighborhood was very quiet and the home is in a cul-de-sac. The inside of the home was exceptionally clean and perfectly decorated. Would highly recommend this home for your next stay. The host was super responsive and was able to accomodate an early check-in for me as well.

Great house with amenities for all ages

Our trip consisted of five adult family members between the ages of 23-81 that came to town for a family wedding. We all enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the house and felt right at home. It was a quiet area, and we enjoyed accessing the nearby trails. If we come back to the NW Arkansas area again, we would definitely choose this property!

Baseball getaway

This was the perfect location for us. We were taking in NW Arkansas Naturals baseball games and the main road near the house is the same main road to the stadium. Crystal Bridges is within 30 minutes. The beds are firm with very warm covers.

Relaxing Family Getaway at the Fika!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fika. It was very clean, stylish, and well thought-out to be a great, relaxing stay for a family weekend away. It was in a nice, quiet cul-de-sac and close to great places and the highway. You can walk to Lake Fayetteville trail from the home. The thoughtful touches for kids (high chair, stroller, pack n play, cups, plates, books, toys & games) were SO appreciated! We'd love to come back!

Perfect House

We stayed close to the ball fields for a tournament and this house was the perfect place for our family. We were able to spread out and have the comfort of a home instead of staying in a hotel. This house was super clean, super nice and super cute! All communication was prompt and every need was meant for our family of 4.

Everything we needed and SO CLEAN!!!

Our family (6 adults, 2 teen kids) were so comfortable in this house for a football weekend. The owners have really thought of everything you might possibly need! This house is equipped with all the necessities and all the nice-to-haves that you’re used to at home but typically go without in a rental. And they pulled it all together with a very restful, clean aesthetic that was so calming and comfortable. This house is in a residential neighborhood and I would say the only downside was the glares from the neighbors. I guess they don’t love having a vacation rental on the street. 🤷‍♀️Also didn’t love the visibility to back fence neighbors from the patio and rear windows. Will definitely recommend this house to friends staying in NWA!

This was the absolute best VRBO we've ever stayed in. It was fully stocked we didn't have to run out and get anything at the last minute. The home is beautiful and it meant every one of our needs. The location is perfect for doing everything from Bentonville Arkansas to Eureka Springs to Fayetteville Arkansas it was all wonderful! thank you so much! We are already planning our next trip and we will definitely stay at this home.

Bachelorette Weekend

My friends and I stayed here to celebrate my sister-in-law‘s bachelorette party and it was so perfect! The house is it such a pretty and friendly neighborhood, it was decorated so well, it was so clean, and we were super comfortable!

Beautiful home, extremely clean, great layout, well stocked kitchen, and quiet neighborhood!

Wonderful home, beautifully updated and decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and all the beds were comfortable! The owner provided nice touches in the kitchen with a full coffee bar and snacks! The owner was helpful with us adding on an additional night. Would recommend this to anyone visiting the Northwest Arkansas area! We hope to be return again soon. Great house!

Amazing

The house was super pretty and clean! It had everything already in it. You can just book the place and not bring anything but your clothes. Everything was provided, toiletries? Check! Towels? Check! Snacks? Check! Awesome water pressure? Hope you enjoy taking long showers! The place was divine and the location was excellent. Definitely will book again
