This is a beautifully decorated 8th floor 3 bedroom 3 bathroom vacation rental located in The Beach Colony East Tower in Perdido Key. This privately owned vacation home/condo is located directly on the beach with nothing other than the sand between you and the Gulf.

Vacation year-round in our spacious 3 bed 3 bath Perdido Key condo directly on the beachfront. While here enjoy Florida’s best stretch of beautiful white sand beach, the nearby Arnold Palmer-designed golf course, on-site tennis courts, nearby restaurants and shopping, and our tropical island ambiance. All of this is sure to make your time here a truly wonderful Perdido Key vacation. Relax on your balcony and watch the sunset or take a refreshing swim in one of the beachfront pools... or even better yet, take a dip in the warm Gulf waters which are just footsteps away. This piece of paradise in Perdido Key is perfect for anyone wanting to vacation in Florida during any time of the year and hoping to make memories with your family.

A little about the condo; the interior is well-appointed and tastefully decorated. There is an extra-large balcony off the living room from which you can enjoy the sweeping views and dine al fresco. Additionally, the balcony is equipped with a sitting area for morning coffee and relaxing in the afternoons. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, a TV with expanded cable, a walk-in closet, and a private bath with a jetted tub complete with a beach view. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, TV with expanded cable, and a private bathroom. The second guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV with expanded cable, and bathroom access. The living room has a large flatscreen TV with expanded cable, high-speed wireless internet, and a fold-out sofa to accommodate a maximum of eight guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a flat-top range, dishwasher, oven, microwave, cookware, flatware, and bakeware. This Perdido Key beachfront condo also has a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. The condo is Non Smoking and No Pets are allowed. Also included is access to the Resort community room, fitness center, kidney-shaped beachfront outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, and tennis courts.

November 10th - the 16th traffic will enter from the front gate and exit from the East exit of the property.
November 17-December 18th all traffic will enter and exit from the East Property Exit.

We had the best time! The condo was very spacious and just what me and my family needed. The beach was just a few steps away and the pool is a great size. Will definitely be staying here again.

Large rooms with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The balcony was wonderful! Great view and perfectly furnished for lounging or dining. Access to main balcony from bedroom and living room. Small balcony off bedroom 2&3. The pool was clean and the beach was easy to access! The location was great for nice relaxing beach time and ample parking. We would return!

Great Vacation Stay

The condo was clean and spacious for our group. The staff at Perdido Key Resort Management were friendly and easy to work with and was very helpful. The condo was initially supplied with some necessities and we appreciated this. We greatly appreciated the keyless entry. We will definitely stay here again.

I loved this condo! View was excellent and balcony was roomy. We had everything we needed and the kitchen was well-stocked. The only downside was the beds are VERY firm and uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect!

Much needed rest

Condo size was great. Super clean. Loved the location and area. Pool was huge. Beach service was great, expensive wish it would have come included with the condo. Both king size beds were comfortable, the queen size bed not so much and the frame makes horrible noises every time you move so not good if you are a light sleeper. Not a lot of seating in the living room would be the biggest down fall.

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Condo was very spacious and stocked well. We loved the large balcony and close proximity to beach. Everything was very clean and it was very nice having three full bathrooms also. The only complaint we have about this property was that the bed in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable. There was no box spring on the bed and the mattress was incredibly hard. For some reason, they don’t use fitted sheets here, which only added to the discomfort. Overall we had a wonderful stay here. Would definitely recommend.

Top Notch; Perfect for Families

We had a fabulous week-long stay at this property. The unit was clean, well-appointed and well-maintained. The resort itself was in great condition--the pool was clean and inviting and the fitness center was in perfect condiition. And the beach itself rates a 10. We might have wished for a better mattress in the master bedroom, but that's pretty minor. We did not have any trouble with the elevators, but make sure you understand the elevator codes before heading to your unit for the first time. You should have a car if you stay at this property because you will have to drive to everything (grocery store, restaurants, shopping, activities, etc.), except the beach!

Exactly as described

This space was very clean and exactly as described. Kitchen was very well stocked with small appliances, utensils and dishes. There was a Mr. Coffee and a Keurig coffee pot. Lots of windows to enjoy the beautiful view. Beautiful balcony view. Make sure to bring extra kitchen trash bags (no extras), dishwasher tablets (3 were provided) and laundry pods (none provided) and extra toilet paper (one roll per bathroom, included). If we are ever back in the area, we will stay here. All questions we had before the trip were answered in a timely manner. Thank you! Check in and check out were easy. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo!

Great location!

My husband and I stayed here with our two grandkids. The location was great and the local restaurants were fantastic. The condo was nice, but needs a little work. The beds and linens were not comfortable. The beds didn’t have fitted sheets which was awkward, most of the closet doors didn’t open/close properly, one of the showers had mold on the door and some of the kitchen utensils were not clean. The condo did not have any extra amenities like beach towels, games, or dish soap and the WiFI connection was hidden in a notebook with doodles and wasn’t easy to find! I had to buy dish soap to clean the utensils because the dishwasher didn’t do the job. We flew into Pensacola and had to bring extra luggage to carry beach towels. The place was nice, but a little extra care is needed.

Relaxing vacation

We stayed in this condo with two adult children. It was nice for everyone to have their own sleeping quarters and restrooms for an affordable price. We were given discounts on several different experiences, which was quite a big perk. There were several different amazing restaurants within a short driving distance. The condo itself was very clean, well decorated, and had an amazing view of the ocean. Beach access was very easy, parking was always plentiful, and the beach itself was amazing. The only negatives I have are with the check-in process and a couple minor issues with the building. Access information was supposed to be sent electronically, but it was not. I had to contact property management as it was after office hours. I then had to wait for someone to contact me. This process ended up delaying check-in by about 45 minutes to an hour. This is not something one wants to deal with after traveling long distances. Once I was contacted, I was informed there was a glitch in the system, so hopefully this is a rarity. In addition, it would have been nice to have been given some instructions to go along with the codes for the elevator. We had to speak to some guests who had already been staying at the property to discover how to work the elevators properly. So after these issues on the first day, it was one of the best vacations we have ever had!

A great beach-front condo

We had a very positive experience staying in this condo. The property management company allowed us to check in early, and when we had a problem with the elevator (which we actually resolved ourselves) they sent someone out right away. The unit is large, with high ceilings and loads of windows. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked in terms of cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Perdido Key Condo!!

Amazing property close to everything in Perdido Key. Check in is across the street which was very convenient. Stores just down the road. Restaurants very close by! Beach was amazing! Clean condo, very nice!

Great Beach Week

We had a great time at this beach property! The pool is very big, and the boardwalk to the beach is a direct shot--no zigzagging with a wagon to get to the sand! The condo is a great layout with a split plan for guest bedrooms on one side and the master bedroom on the other.

The condo and Beach Colony Resort met our expectations.

The condo was very clean and nicely furnished and decorated. This was our family vacation and the first trip to the beach for our 2 year old granddaughter. She loved the beach and gulf which made the rest of the family very happy as we are beach lovers and Beach Colony, Perdido Key is our favorite property to stay. We will definitely consider E8D for our next trip.
