The home has been thoughtfully furnished and professionally decorated, with a well-appointed kitchen and everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation.

With panoramic views of the sparkling Gulf Coast and plenty of seating, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or sip your favorite cocktail. The sounds of the surf and the cool coastal breeze deliver the ultimate in relaxation.

The fully-stocked kitchen features granite counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances. Start your day off in the breakfast nook with spectacular views or enjoy a meal with the whole family in the dining area which seats 8.

The comfortably furnished living room offers an 82" Smart TV with sound bar and Wi-Fi. Your favorite video streaming apps are installed for your viewing pleasure. After a long day on the beach, there’s plenty of seating for everyone to sit and relax together.

Each bedroom has a 55" Smart TV. Bedroom doors and windows feature plantation shutters, so you can enjoy the spectacular views or shut out the light when you want to sleep in. A full-size washer and dryer provides you with the option to pack light, and ensures you'll always have dry beach towels.

The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, large walk-in closet, and direct access to the terrace. En suite master bathroom features an oversized garden soaking tub and spacious stand-up shower. When getting ready for the day you’re greeted with amazing beach views from the large bathroom windows.

The second bedroom offers two full beds and a full-size closet. The second full bathroom is accessible from the hallway or the bedroom. The third bedroom offers a king-size bed and a full closet. The third full bathroom features a private entrance from the third bedroom and offers a spacious walk-in shower.

As a guest of this unit, you’ll have access to the owner's private storage area with all the amenities you need for the beach, including beach chairs, beach toys, wagon, umbrella, and much more. Enjoy the emerald waters of the spectacular beach at the Beach Colony Resort or check out the Perdido Key Snorkeling Reef. You can even take a quick 5-minute walk to Perdido Key State Park.

The Beach Colony Resort is a gated resort property comprised of three towers. Each floor of the towers has its own elevator code. With only 4 condos per floor, you are guaranteed privacy and seclusion. The resort offers two outdoor seasonally heated pools and one indoor heated pool and hot tub, a large fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball lines, and a private accessible boardwalk to the beach. Pickleball paddles (4) can be found in the kitchen pantry for guest use.
