This newly renovated lakefront property has great swimming, boating, and fun. Nearby sandbar allows lots of fun, and all sports nearby. Experience the river life with incredible fishing all year round and a mile from large snowmobile trails in the area. The cottage is fully furnished with hardwood floors, breakfast nook and kitchen, and deck furniture. Its the perfect lake getaway for the entire family! 2 kayaks included. Please ask us about the docking fee if interested in using the pontoon.

Great little place

We were in town for a few days to visit our daughter who goes to school at Ferris, and we would definitely stay here again. It was a cute little cottage with a beautiful setting.

Lovely. Clean, updated, nicely minimalist. Kitchen appropriately stocked. Bathroom is a tight fit but everything you need and fully functional. Bed was comfortable and deck was lovely. Would definitely come back.

Family get-away for a much-needed break

We had a wonderful time. The property was fabulous - modern, well-equipped, with lots of thoughtful, helpful touches to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The access to the water was perfect, and we all LOVED being able to swim and play on the sandbank - including our 2-year-old yellow Lab! He's definitely a fan of the water now! We had a wonderful time, and would love to come back again.

Area

The master bed needs to be replace. One side of the bed has a large dip in it and it was like sleeping on the floor. Was looking forward to fishing off the dock but was unable to because the boat was in the way.

Amazing Property… but not flawless

The property was great. View from the dock, amazing. What the property owners should have included is that they are having problems with the well and just installed a new part. We went up there expecting to take showers and do laundry, but couldn’t because the water turned off after a minute. Then you had to wait a few minutes before it came back on. But other than that we had an amazing time. Great little hang out for friends and family. Bryan was super helpful, with this being my first VRBO.

The rental was nicely renovated and very clean upon arrival. There were board games to play, coffee, and many amenities that we were able to utilize. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend someone else to visit here!

Very beautiful view. The fireplace was very relaxing. Will rent again.

Well maintained. Dishes ect all necessary items available to be able to make meals without difficulty. No complaints.

Cozy, very clean cabin, consider this a "tiny" house.

Very clean (most important to me), good location, great labeling of everything, beautiful view of the lake/river. The rental was easy and with good communication. Recommended for 2 people, maybe 4 at the most.

Best vacation ever!!

What a beautiful and clean cottage! We stayed for a week and it was definitely one of the best vacations we ever had. It was so peaceful and just beautiful. We were able to celebrate my Mother in law’s 93rd birthday. She had a wonderful time as did we. Thank you. We will definitely book again.
