3 bdrm, 2 bath home 1 block to beautiful sunsets on the Delaware Bay beach. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, cart, & corn hole. Smart TV in living room & 2 bdrms. 1200mbps Wi-Fi. Off street parking.
Central air & heat. Washer & dryer.
15 mins. to Wildwood boardwalk, Cape May, CM Lewes Ferry (5 mins.). Wonderful restaurants, brew pubs, wineries, and distillery nearby.
Minutes from historic Cold Spring, Cape May Zoo, & Naval Air Station Wildwood Aviation Museum.

We provide cleaning supplies and laundry soap. Please bring linens, towels, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, & napkins. (2 queen beds & 2 twin beds)
The bedroom with twin beds has a “bed bridge” in the closet to convert the twins to a King.

2 parking spaces available in driveway. A 3rd car can park in front of our house along the shells. (Our neighbors have hidden grass driveways. Please park in front of our house only)

There are 2 units on this property. The aft cottage is owner occupied.

Very accurate description and pics. Very clean and beautifully updated home. Easy to get to and great location. Perfect for our family of 5 for our beach vacation - close to drive to Cape May and Wildwoods.

Great house with everything you need. Sleeps 6 comfortably - we had 5. Living and kitchen may be tight if 6 adults, but you usually do not spend that much time in the house. Nice back deck with a table for 6 comfortably. Unfortunately for us, we had rain for the first half of the week, so we did not get to use it. A block from the bay beach to see beautiful sunsets. Only 20 20-minute ride to Wildwood beach and boardwalk, and Cape May restaurants and shops. If looking in the area again, I would stay again.

Perfect beach house

We spent two weeks in this beautiful house located just steps from the beach. The owners are super nice and gave us great recommendations for activities in the area. The house is close to everything: the beautiful beaches of Cape May and Wildwoods. The Naval Air Station Wildwood, the free zoo, and the restaurants and terraces of Cape May are fantastic. As for the house, you won't find a better place; it's all there! Recently renovated and up-to-date, this house is perfect! There were six of us and we were very comfortable. Thank you, Dany and Mélanie.

Wonderful Family Getaway Spot!

The house was perfect and accommodating of all ages for our trip! From 18 months to 50 years everyone was comfortable and had a blast. The owners had plenty of kid friendly accommodations in the house and the layout was super family friendly. Owners were quick to respond to all messages and provided additional items such as beach chairs, umbrellas and a cart. Neighborhood was very quiet and a short walk from the beach. I would suggest researching the area as we were not aware of the horseshoe crab migration and did not feel comfortable with swimming in the area down from the house due to the large amount of crabs and jellyfish. This might be different during other times of the year. I also suggest packing bug spray with the sunscreen, lots of mosquitoes in the neighborhood. All in all a wonderful place, close to a lot of attractions and a great spot to get away from your busy life. Highly recommend!

Wonderful home away from home

From the moment we walked in we could tell the care put into making this a welcoming space. Enjoyed the bedrooms on different levels. Overall just a great place!!!

Memorial Day weekend

Surprised the beach was closed We went to town bank our fave beach about 12 mins away Would love to stay again. Nice neighbors. Door did have trouble locking at the end. Washer didn’t completely was the pods. Had to do laundry a few times to get the stains and gummy parts out of clothes. Love the home. Beautiful room and decor. It was perfect for our family. Thank you for everything

Great Stay in a Quiet Neighborhood

Our family, covering a range of ages, really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The bedroom/bathroom on the first floor were perfect for the seniors in our group. The neighborhood had some really good local eats and people seemed friendly. It’s about a 20 minute drive to the ocean side Cape May beaches, so just something to keep in mind when planning around meals, traffic and going into town.

Would Stay Here Again

We agree with the positive reviews of this property; adding some additional details / opinions. The Villas is a very quiet community of tiny bungalows. The house was off the beaten path of Wildwood and Cape May, but everything was in easy driving distance. It did feel safe to us. There were no issues with parking, entry or exit! Lovely updated kitchen and all rooms including bathrooms were modern, cute, clean and functional. Some small suggestions: Others may want a communication-free trip but check-ins are always a good practice. Being VRBO sellers ourselves we personally engage and appreciate when owners quickly reach out to the temporary occupants to confirm that everything is in working order or copacetic although that may be difficult with seven properties. Staying here, regardless of instructions, we could not access anything on the Roku TV aside from live news (including Prime video.) Also the thermostats had saved settings that resulted in a warm house upon return from day’s activities. We recommend a Swiffer, welcome items and a look at the dining room table/ chairs in regard to size. Regardless, supplies were provided, owners went out of their way to label items E.g. switches, beds were comfortable, and the aesthetic matched online photographs. Great job with those choices E.g. lamps, art, and with details like a squeegee in the shower. Our group definitely recommends.

Overall great home

We were very pleasantly surprised to find that this home was as listed. It was well appointed. They really did do a good job on updating this property. It was nice to see that someone put some quality into a rental property versus just slapping it together and charging an exorbitant amount of money. Honestly, I may run out and buy a convection oven and a convection cooktop just because I loved it so much. The appliances worked well, the host was responsive to my questions.Can-opener was broken :( Everything was easy to find it was conveniently located by my sister’s property. We were a little concerned about the safety of the neighborhood because it seems that it’s an up-and-coming neighborhood being regentrified, but it was actually OK. We didn’t have any security related issues, but I think this neighborhood has some work to do but that’s not reflective of the property. The two things I would say could be improved was the cleaning between individuals staying. There were pieces of hair all over the shower when we arrived coffee in the filters and sand all over that we had to do a perfunctory cleanup before we even laid our things out. Honestly, I feel like we left it cleaner than when we arrived . The other thing is, the beds in the upstairs are less than desirable. If nothing else they need new mattresses for those beds. To offer one more piece of advice on improving the property get some blackout shades for the upstairs front bedroom.

Excellent stay on the bay

We were looking for a quiet, convenient home for a four day getaway in the Cape May area. This place did not disappoint! A short 15 minute drive to town or if you choose a less crowded option a short 5 minute walk to the bay shore. The home had everything we needed and would highly recommend. Also had a pleasant conversation with Raj the owner while we were there. Good people!

Wholesome Girls Trip

Everything about the house was beautiful, comfortable and easy. Location was great, but our timing was bad not knowing about the horse crab/jelly fish season that washes ashore the bay. Thankful the location from Cape May was perfect and easy.

Comfortable attractive rental near bayside beach

Our family, including young adults, enjoyed staying in this well furnished and comfortable house- the kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals, the sitting area was comfortable for 4 - not sure it could handle 6 - the bedrooms were comfortable. We enjoyed the patio with grill. The owner was very helpful, responsive, and friendly.

Nice clean cottage

Very comfortable stay. Extremely clean, good communication with the hosts, quiet. A bit of a drive to the best beaches, but an easy walk to the bay and a great value for the space and quality of the stay.

Pretty Blue House Near The Bay

This home is adorable! It welcomes you and you look forward to returning to it when your activities are done. This house is also in a very friendly neighborhood where people greet you on the street as if you were their neighbor.
